Waited for a while for our food just to find remnants of what was paper towel inside of my chicken wrap ( no it wasnt lettuce it had those textured lines on it like paper towel or toilet paper do). Not sure how that wasnt noticed? Or did they even care? Honestly such a disappointment.

One of the employees has continuously complained every time me and my brothers go to the restaurant for some food she complains about us ordering food saying we make too many orders because we all order separately and when my girlfriend went in to let them know that they gave her the wrong size drink the same employee had a terrible attitude towards her for their mistake

Standard McDonald's food offerings. I must say I personally appreciate McDonald's working to change its menu in an effort to stay relevant and keep market share in demanding times. The McCafe is a great addition with very reasonable coffee prices and a really good product.

I’ve been in Quispamsis for 25 years and the running joke is that I eat at McDonald’s too much. I feel like the franchisee only cares about the bottom line. This location has been going down the tubes over the past couple of years. I’m sitting in the dining room now. My large size fries are cold, both fountain machines are out of order. The napkin dispensers are empty. The men’s bathroom is a 5/10 in terms of cleanliness. Oh my upsized Coke wasn’t filled to the top. I’ve been spending less and less money here and patronizing other food establishments. On the plus side, the Coke tastes right. This is not the case at the McEsso location about 50% of the time. Your employee Georgia is fantastic at the McEsso. I’d like to see the Hampton Road location adopt some practices that show that you take pride in providing your patrons with a pleasurable experience.

Editing to add that the dining room is relatively clean. And that I’m not one to complain at the counter. It’s the franchisee/manager’s responsibility to meet corporate expectations and standards. And, my dog always gets a burger too.

Good for a McDonald's. Orders are hot, fresh and actually correct. The parking lot is a bit of a gong show sometimes because the layout isn't great for traffic flow.

Busy busy place..kids must be off school May5..had a cone…same lady as previous day I was there she is AWESOME…so kind & calls me by name several times during my order…its always a pleasure to deal with her…great customer service..I listened to her while I waited & same excellent service with each person….her name tag started with an A couldn’t see the rest!!!
