I very seldomly leave poor reviews (this is my first one) but I couldn’t live with myself if I did not report this experience. This was the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Saying the service was bad would be an understatement. We sat and waited for over 30 min and never received ANY food. We finally asked for a refund but that was taking even longer so we just gave up and left with nothing.
Also they have a huge fruit fly issue in their ketchup dispenser which turned my stomach upside down.
Still not done. They had a huge puddle of water on the floor that all customers kept slipping on and they were aware of it and refused to mop it up. DANGEROUS

On a Sunday morning when it was not busy I was in the drive though line for 35 minutes... the weekend crew here is horrible. Complete waste of my morning. Won't be doing that again...

I know this place is probably ran by a bunch of high school students but I mean come on. So as I make my way to the second window after paying, I grab the goods but look inside the bag to make sure everything was there . To my surprise I was missing the only good thing “large fry” as I confronted the worker he told me it was not in my order. I said fair enough and asked if I could just order another fry? He told me no and that I would have to go back through the drive through and reorder… this place is a joke… the food is always cold and the service blows . This will be my last time.
