I don’t usually post reviews but I am sitting in restaurant eating my six inch sandwich. I had order a a chicken sandwich, only wanted two veggies. Green peppers and onions. The “sandwich artist” put a few green peppers and a few onions on. I asked for more, was very polite. Was immediately told by the cashier that the policy is to not get “extra” I explained that I only like two toppings, not ten like a lot of others. She told me I could put lettuce, tomato, cucumber on, to which I had already explained that I don’t.
She then offered me a free cookie. I asked if I could trade the cookie for peppers and onions. No…..,
Left the cookie, just want extra veggies ?‍♀️
Will definitely be the last time I eat here

I have worked everywhere from alberta to nova Scotia. This is the slowest subway that I have been to. I have left several times because i was tired of waiting with only 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. Currently sitting the the drive through now, this will be my last visit here.

Messy tables. Messy behind the counter. Out of bread for some reason. Guys behind the counter were talking more than working on anything. I've done food service. I'd be fired for the state of the place. Wound up eating in my car. Also, why never any Pepsi Zero on the fountain machine? I have to pay more for the bottle. For $25 for a footling, I should be getting better mileage for my money. Maybe it's time to not shop at Subway anymore.

Terrible experiences at this location repeatedly. Stale bread, white tomatoes, brown lettuce. Staff members act too busy to deal with customers. I got home with an expensive sub last night and the bun was so stale I had to throw it in the garbage and I transferred the ingredients (white tomato, limp brown lettuce, and some meat, at least I think it was meat-who knows at this location) to a couple slices of bread so I at least had some dinner. This place would serve you your boots hidden in a bun if they could get away with it, and they'd overcharge you for that as well I'm sure. I'm done, I'll drive further for a better location that may make these ridiculous prices seem worth it, or maybe just drop American Subway all together.

Was very disappointed in my order. I got a chicken bacon rancher with sweet onion sauce which was way to much.It literally soaked the sub bun so bad it was mushy. The bacon was not cooked and cold! It was literally slapped together. This isn't the first time the subs weren't the best. I have had stale subs and old veggies. And this has all been in the last month or so. Not sure what's happening because I love subway but for the price of $16 I don't think I will be back to this subway sadly.

Stopped in today for lunch just before the high school rush hour, and I have to say I’m not sure if the girl working was stoned out her mind or just flustered but service was extremely slow, she was too busy talking with the lady ahead of me (which there was only one customer ahead of me) it took over 8 minutes for her to make two untoasted 6 inch subs for this lady. And once she got to me she was too distracted with everything around her to get the order right.
