100% will be visiting again and often! The food was excellent, the first truly good sushi I have had in New Brunswick. Would highly recommend, based on my experience. I had my young son with me for lunch and they were friendly, accommodating, and quick.

The food at this place in one word delicious. The staff at this place in one word awesome. The atmosphere at this place in one word cozy. My family and I went to this place over the weekend and it was an absolute delight. We are from the West Coast Vancouver proper and this sushi restaurant could rival some of the places that I’ve eaten out there. The sashimi was absolutely buttery. The rice was cooked to perfection, the flavor of the rice was awesome. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy some good sushi with great staff and an awesome cozy atmosphere.
I defiantly plan on enjoying the food there again in the future. We enjoyed deep-fried California roll, which was amazing. Chicken teriyaki roll. It was good however in my opinion based on previous sushi restaurants in the past, the price was a little high. As in Vancouver at that same role would go for approximately $5.50. That is honestly my only critique of this entire restaurant is that the price of the chicken teriyaki roll was simply too high. But it was absolutely delicious.
My daughter enjoyed some sort of noodle beef and vegetable fry that I do not remember the name of it, but it was delightful. The spicy salmon roll was really good as well and my husband ordered a avocado salad which he said was pretty good. But the star of the show was definitely the sashimi. It was absolutely buttery.
Parking: The parking is beside the Esso gas station. A bit of a small parking lot, but we found parking just fine. To be clear it’s not a sushi restaurant in an Esso gas station, it just happens to be sharing the same property.

We recently dined at Sushi Blossom in Quispamsis, NB, and I can't recommend it enough! The sushi options are fantastic, with a wide variety of rolls that are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you can tell they prioritize quality ingredients.
In addition to sushi, they offer some excellent ramen choices that are perfect for a comforting meal. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. I also appreciated the numerous combo and meal options available, making it easy to find something for everyone in my group.
The friendly service truly made the experience even better. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us choose the best options and ensuring we had everything we needed.
If you're in the area and looking for a great spot for sushi or ramen, Sushi Blossom is definitely worth a visit!

This establishment is truly a hidden gem and has become a favorite for us. My partner and I visit weekly, and each experience is consistently excellent. The staff is attentive, friendly, and consistently provide top-notch service. The food is outstanding, with every dish meeting or exceeding our expectations. We have never had a negative experience here. Additionally, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot for families—we often bring our baby along. I highly recommend giving this place a try; it’s a decision you won’t regret. ??

Be sure to eat salmon nigiri (salmon sushi). The salmon is really fresh and thick. And the fried shrimp is really, really delicious. I guess they used clean oil. It was very crispy and clean. Try the BBQ meat roll too! It tasted like teriyaki, but the sweet and salty flavor was just right.
There was no wasabi in the sushi because it was considered spicy by foreigner standards, and it was given in a bowl. If you ask for more, they will give it to you. The atmosphere of the store is warm and nice, and the cute props are cute. The staff are friendly, so I think I'll go again when I come to Sein Zone.
