The slowest service I've experienced at a time Hortons even when not busy. Pattern of messing up orders. Can't understand the drive though attendant. Do not go here unless you have to.

Overall the Tim Hortons experience has changed, this store is a perfect example. 1 person to take and make all in store orders is crazy slow and food quality has also slipped.

Tim Hortons has always been loved all across Canada for its variety, taste and pocket-friendly rates but lately it has surely downgraded the quality of food items. For example, the French Vanilla is a lot thinner and feels less quality compared to years back. I liked their new pizzas but I find it overpriced.

Wrap was delicious, ice coffee lacked sweetener, flatbread was fine.

Used to be my daily stop but now I avoid it all costs. Pull up any time of the day and even if only vehicle it’s a 3-5 min wait for service then I get called “buddy”. Absolutely the slowest worst service Tim’s in Saint John and surrounding area.

I Live nearby and let me tell you the service is unbelievable! They never speak English there always talking in their language. There is never any donuts muffins bagels etc. I’ve never been to a Tim Hortons anywhere that never has anything for products. The coffee is disgusting it’s Burnt and rarely hot. Rudest and unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to. All these reviews but NOTHING ever gets resolved! All we ever hear is oh please contact us. Well what the hell are the reviews for? We don’t want an email to contact you, we want this matter resolved ASAP! Come on Tim Hortons your better than that!

I heard nothing but Punjabi from the moment I entered until I left. They put the one caucasian young lady at the register whilst they all shouted instructions to eachother in Punjabi for drive through orders. One lady was trying to get a refund for a double charge and commented only one of employee seemed to speak English. I asked the cashier if she was comfortable being the only one speaking English and she shrugged uncomfortably and understandably. I asked for the manager who was not there until later. Instead I spoke to someone who
Appeared to be the senior member and told him that there needed to be English or French spoken here and that it was offensive to the one English only staff member. He said she was not offended and apologized that I was offended. I told him it is highly unlikely the one young staff member knew any Punjabi at all and that it was offensive if she doesn’t understand anything her coworkers are saying. I am shocked. This kind of environment is not something I would ever work in nor come and visit as a customer. The manager needs to address this immediately.

I just drove 11 days across the States from Vancouver area and was so happy to be back in Canada and at our beloved Tim Hortons again for coffee and our favourite donut. I as sorely disappointed with this atmosphere. Come on Tim Hortons! …what is your policy on communication in the workplace? Because this can’t be ok.

By far the worst Tim’s I’ve ever visited in NB. mind you, I live nearby and so I have come many times over the years and yet in the last year, this place has gone so down hill. I avoid this location if I am going basically anywhere else. They are constantly out of EVERYTHING. the coffee is burned, service slow, and they forget half your order. I show up on a weekday morning and they’re out of half the bagels, no biscuit, no sausages, and the two types of donut we wanted were also all gone. Anytime I go after 5 pm they don’t even have a single donut at all. They are not keeping enough inventory at this location. The coffee is consistently tasting like an ash tray, and that is if I even get a coffee. Most times, I’m missing one out of the order. They used to write the time on the coffee pot and I don’t think that is happening anymore.

Always messing up order. Maybe read back what people order to make sure you heard correct. Wasted more money here on wrong items than the right ones.
