Placed order on app which included two candy cane hot chocolate. When arrived at window was informed they were out of the cc syrup and would try to substitute. While the end product tasted fine it lacked the appeal and the reason for ordering the cc hit chocolate in the first place. Kudos to the staff attempting to fix problem but next time always cancel and order of shop runs out of ingredients.
Again, now complaint about staff or attempt to resolve issue. They did fine. The location beeds to stay on top of inventory or address supply issue in app.

The slowest service I've experienced at a time Hortons even when not busy. Pattern of messing up orders. Can't understand the drive though attendant. Do not go here unless you have to.
