She puts on different events for the community and gives them a place to have supper and be entertained. I highly recommend the ice shack and will definitely be returning!!!”

“Visited Makeba for the first time last night with 2 friends. I had the seafood lasagna with Caesar salad, one of my friends had the seafood linguini & the other enjoyed the seafood casserole with rice & ceasar salad as well. We also had rolls & enjoyed a glass of wine. Our meals were simply delicious! The portions are perfect, if not a bit plentiful, and there was lots of seafood in all our dishes. The seafood lasagna is now in my top 3 in Southern NB! The prices are unbelievably fair & the service was friendly & efficient. I am already planning to go back even though I live an hour away. I just have to try the seafood stir fry I eyed at another table that smelled divine ;)”

“We treated ourselves to pizza and an ice cream cake from First Star & Pizza Shack...and it was honestly the best decision we’ve made all week. The pizza hit all the right notes, perfectly baked crust, gooey cheese, and super tasty toppings. But the ice cream cake… wow. It completely blew us away. So creamy, flavourful, and not overly sweet, honestly better than anything we’ve had from DQ. You can tell it was made with care. It turned a regular night into something special. “Busy spot. Great service from Tim Horton's staff and the convenience store's. Can't really give much stars to the Food as with any kind of fast food, it is overall disgusting, unhealthy, over salted and saturated with fillers and fat.

Parking: As usual, vehicles, pedestrian, gas pump all share the same area. How convenient and safe is it?”
