Honestly, best fast food I've had in a while!! Staff was friendly and youthful, glad to see that!! Not much wait time to be served and given food. Had a BLT chicken burger and fries, amazing! The floors could of used a sweep is the only minus but in all really good experience!

Was completely disappointed in this restaurant my son had ordered a teen burger with a lettuce wrap so no bun no ketchup no tomato. They took three times to correct it and in the end still had ketchup on it. My son is allergic to it. Shame on you.

Food is good but why not have the door unlocked at night so we can collect to mobile orders set by the drive-thru window because I was in a big truck and couldn't go through the drive-thru and I had to call to let him know I was even there even though I could see the guy right in the window and I knocked really loud and was almost ignored

I'm from Maine, but I've been coming up to this area for over 20 years-- and going to A&W is always one of the parts of the trip I'm always most excited for! I have never been disappointed, even if it's busy the service is always pleasant and timely, and the food is always delicious. I don't know a lot of Americans who are going into Canada much, but in those rare occasions, I ALWAYS recommend stopping at an A&W!

We just ordered through the drive-thru when a staff member approached us, she came from outside the A&W, maybe she went to her car or threw something away. I think she noticed we were a bit confused. She was a Filipina. Things got more confusing because of a coupon we were trying to use, and suddenly she cursed at us (the shortened Tagalog word “PUTA” (from putang ina) is a strong curse often used when someone is angry, frustrated, or insulting someone. It’s very offensive and emotionally charged. and told us to leave, even making rude hand gestures that telling us to leave. But when it was time for us to pay, she suddenly acted nice.
