recently visited the Subway in Richibucto and was extremely disappointed by the service. The staff were consistently rude—ignoring our questions, rushing our order. When we tried to clarify our order, they snapped, “You should’ve told us this before next time—make sure you do your proper order,” They prepared our food in a hurry and served it sloppily. Overall, their behaviour was unhelpful and disrespectful, making for a very unpleasant experience.

Ordered online, waited 10 minutes past pick up time for them to put the order in the designated online order pick up location. Had to ask for the order at the counter, ruining the purpose of placing an online order.

Been going there since I was a kid and I get things are getting expensive now a days but honestly train your workers like it’s been twice I went there and was way overcharged for my food and come to find out when I ordered my combos they price everything individually and that’s not how it supposed work cause my mom was manager there and know how somethings work there

Well, I won't be visiting this location again. They couldn't get anything right. We constantly had to repeat ourselves when they were not understanding what we wanted. They still had mistakes after repeating multiple times. When it came to pay, we had to double check everything as they were overcharging us. We were travelling through the province and we were limited for options in this area. I will drive the extra time to get to any other restaurant before I return here.

New years eve they closed at 2pm????Who cares about the people looking to buy a quick filling dinner before the party tonight. closing earlier then people who actually worked today is ridiculous. Missed out on tons of customers today I would bet the money they didnt get from me on it, and I come from a family of 9. Disappointed is an understatement with this location
