An employee named Denise was extremely rude to someone with a service dog. I saw how she treated the employees wow. The reputation of Tim’s relies on its employees heavily and having someone who speaks and treats customers so poorly changes the whole atmosphere.

One of the worst Tim horton’s known to man. The service is terrible. I’ve had my order made correctly maybe twice? The food is usually stale, and any time I’ve ordered something toasted, it’s burnt. The staff are not good, extremely disorganized and slow, and some of them are very rude. It’s not clean. The tables are always in need of a wipe down, and the bathroom? I gagged when I saw it 🤢 Between the disgusting bathrooms and the 30+ minutes waits, I’m never coming back

Went in yesterday for a cold brew. No cold brew. Even if it's advertised bright and bold on their drive through menu. Thought I'd give them a second chance and go back today. Still no cold brew. Why advertise something if you're not going to offer it? This happens a lot at this particular Tim's. It's not the first time I am not able to order a particular item. I am officially done with this location.

First off... I rarely give less than 5 stars, (feel free to check my many ratings). I enjoy giving good reviews. But I now feel forced to say that this is the MOST unprofessional drive-thru and restaurant I have ever experienced in my life. I am fed up with the financial losses and frustration caused by this place. It needs to stop!
Literally, nine out of ten times, our order has been incomplete or wrong. Our record was 12 consecutive wrong orders. That's crazy! We have also been ignored multiple times at the drive-thru speaker while they serve multiple vehicles in the other lane. I have had to tell them to serve the other person before me, as they do the same to them. How difficult is it to go A, B, A, B.?
We have lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars $$$ over the lat 6 years due to the terrible service, non-Recieved items, ignorance and lack of consistancy. I can't even count how many meals we've had with some family members having no food because of this. It's unfortunate that there are so few drive through options in the area. I am actually shocked everytime I get desperate enough to return. That's on me for sure.
They run out of food all the time. We have had to ask "what DO you actually have" after dinner with nothing decent available to purchase.
They would make more money if they acually made enough food to sell, but they never make enough or learn how much to make. Seriously, good luck getting chilli for a meal or finding a desert or snack after dinner.
I am left wondering if they make more than enough profit by charging for food they never give out to customers. (that's called "theft" in my books).
You have to phone to complain and get your name on a list and then return another day to get the items. They do nothing to make up for the inconvenience. Maybe that's how they get return bussiness? People return just to get what wasn't given to them. Brilliant! Bad.. But brilliant!
It's an actual crime what they are doing to, and taking from the community.
AVOID this location AT ALL COST if you can. Do not waste your time and money!!!

I also want to take this moment to apologize to the employees that are doing a good job and trying to serve us. It must be so difficult. This review is not directed towards you at all. Management and owners need to take responsibility and make major changes,
I look forward to, and welcome a response to this review and to hear what they plan to change in order to fix the issue. Also, it would be a good opportunity to apologize to the thousands of people they have taken money from over the many years.
Update: tried to go again and we were left waiting at the menu board for 5 minutes. Then another vehicle pulled up and they took their order. We left. This has happened many times. So disorganized!

Worst tim hortons in Canada!! Not just one experience... this is continued experience for over 5 years. Corey craige couldnt give a damn!! Repeat! Worse location and management I have ever seen or witnessed. Customer service is absolutely disgusting.

Worst tim hortons that i have been, terrible costumer service... we are only 2 costumers inside and it takes me more than 10 minutes to take my order, the costumer in front of me just order 3 cups of coffee... only one counter is open and also she is the one making the orders too that is why the service is very very slow but you can see alot of them inside just standing there and talking to each other... when i go to the donuts area i saw flies on the donuts, i ended up leaving out of the store...
