An employee named Denise was extremely rude to someone with a service dog. I saw how she treated the employees wow. The reputation of Tim’s relies on its employees heavily and having someone who speaks and treats customers so poorly changes the whole atmosphere.
I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was nice and clean, making it a pleasant place to enjoy my coffee and snacks. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend stopping by Tim Hortons for a delicious treat and great service!
