Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The website states the location is open to the public from March 8th, but there was no mention that reservations are required. After driving 4 hours specifically to visit—looking forward to some authentic Italian pizza—I was met with poor hospitality. The staff member we spoke with was rude and asked us to step outside just to talk, which felt unwelcoming and disrespectful. As a true foodie who was genuinely excited about this visit, I left completely let down. I won’t be coming back and can’t recommend this place based on the treatment we received.

The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I bought the sour dough white, homemade pasta and marinara sauce( to take home and cook)...oh it is to die for!. The flour they use is very light. The bread and pasta did not make you feel too full at all. It was very enjoyable to eat. I will definitely be back!

My best discovery of the year. Typical Italian restaurant/market. It took me straight back to Italy, during my honeymoon. Friendly and passionate owner. I highly recommend! The detour from Moncton will have been worth it. We will come back, guaranteed! :)
