Had the pleasure of spending some time in Rogersville and took full advantage of Alma’s incredible menu. Had pasta for dinner, loved it so much had to go the next day for their amazing sandwiches. If you enjoy fresh, and real ingredients, this is the place for you!

First of all, was fortunate to attend one their pop ups. The pizza was so tasty and truly fresh ingredients. Be sure to try the Italian Job! The mozzarella was soooo fresh! After that we had to do a special trip to Rogersville. Worth the drive! The fresh pasta and sauce is absolutely incredible! Had to go one more time and get the Italian Stallion. Perfection! (An understatement!) fresh fresh fresh! The flavours are layered just so. It keeps you wanting more and sadly your tummy is full. It’s the Italian experience with a true masterful chef. It’s on my must go to list forevermore. Thank you for sharing such a great dining experience. Can’t wait to come again.

Stopped in while I was working in the area, tried the Italian job pizza, it was delicious. Crust was soft and chewy, little char (which I like) The woman at the cash was super nice and informative. Quickly Spoke to one of the cooks and he was great also. I’ll be back for sure.

We heard about this restaurant through other people and we decided to drive to Rogersville to try their food. It was after 1 pm by the time we arrived to catch their lunch service. Their menu is short and sweet but it didn’t disappoint.
We ordered their Vodka Pizza, the Italian Stallion sandwich, and a cannoli for dessert. Their pizza is a Neapolitan style with a light pillowy chewy textured crust and is slightly sweet, I couldn’t get enough. The sandwich was homemade, served on ficasha bread loaded with Italian cold cuts and cheese. Their homemade bread was amazing and they have other breads that are sold when available. The pistachio cannoli was delectable, it wasn’t overly sweet but balanced, and was devoured in no time.
Although they ran out of pasta when we visited, we will certainly be back to try other menu items.
