Everything I ordered was delicious and it was a pleasant surprise to see a renovated, modern and beautiful Tim Hortons. I had never seen a store like this before 😉

The customer service there was very rude I went in go get a bagel today and when it my time to order the girl at the cash register was very rude, she kept paying attention to group of boys behind me and wasn’t listening to me, she even had me standing there for a bit while I was trying to hand my money to her because she to busy zoning out on the boys behind me. Her friend working with her even went up to her and whispered in her ear in French then laughed, making me feel like they were making fun of me.

Possibly one of the worst times Horton out there they mess up your order 95% of the time you order food and they don't put the extra you pay for in it you send a complaint to Corey and Craig which is supposed to me anonymous but the manager wanted to talk to me after I sent the complaint to Corey and Craig this business is possibly the worst there is they don't even follow there own policies pay over 10$ for a wrap whit nothing in it Farmer wrap is suppose to have hash brown but they never add it you open the wrap is has half a egg half a sausage after I asked for 2 meats and extra hash browns they really need to get there Acts together or just close the dam shop and let someone else open a shop that won't rip ppl off and steal there money

Food preparation process is pathetic, if any ingredient fell on their prep table they put in the food. Use only onetime gloves to prepare all the dishes and touch all around while preparing food. Found hairs in their potato wedges. Unhygienic way of making food.

Service is quite slow and not super friendly. There had to be 10 people behind the counter and it took forever to get a ham and cheese sandwich ( about 10 mins and iit was not busy). The sandwich did taste amazing tho and the drinks were spot on.
