Every single time I have ordered drive thru.
There has been an issue with the order, literally, every single time. The Sprite is always soda water with a hint of Sprite or the food is wrong. it's either wrong food and soda water or just soda water.

This was the second and last time I have used A&W in this location. I have ordered burger and fries, meat was cold and hard, meat was cold, bun was not warm. It happened twice recently. Staff is very nice but food was bad…

A&W store # 7224 Hampton Road, Rothesay NB. Makayla, and the cook, most helpful. They got surprised (or so I thought), with a bit more traffic closer to closing, and they made the experience seem effortless, Makala was even up selling me a grass feed patty. I just wanted to say, it was nice to see smiling faces.

Probably the best A & W I've ever been to. I'd drive 25 minutes to Quispamsis for A & W before I'd drive 6 minutes to Burger King for their over priced excuse for food.

The slowest service I’ve ever had from a “fast” food place. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

The thing about A&W Rothesay is that it is consistently better than it's local competitors. The burgers have that beefy flavor, the fries taste more like those real British fries, made with real potatoes and not tasting like tepid cardboard.

Prices seem to be about the same as others so for me the quality and value makes braving those awful brand colors and enjoy.

I rarely eat-in here as it is a tiny place. The food is always good and a good go to for fast food.

I've been there to eat 3x in the last 3 weeks and have had probs with low/no carbonation in their root beer, both diet and reg, but one was ok then not the next time when the other was. I complained about it and got shrugged shoulders from an employee. The 3x I ate there, I had two teenburger combos, and one chubby chkn sand. They were all dry, so I asked for more mayo and they got me some, but why are they dry every single time? This location is slipping, and sometimes when there is an A&W promotion like a featured sandwich on TV, they don't honor it when the A&W's in Saint John do. I think I will stop going there and try the SJ A&W's when I got the craving.
