The food is okay sure but the staff we encountered today at the drive through at around 8pm was a racist. Downright disrespectful and just pathetic. If you are a person of color, do yourself a favor and don't go for takeaway at this location.

Waited in the restaurant for my order for 30 Minutes with 2 small children tonight. 8 different groups of people came through after me and multi people through drive thru and all received their food before me. When I came to ask about mine. I was dismissed and told it was busy. Then they tried to give me the wrong order. Then they realized the order was lost. When I asked for a refund they were refusing to check my original receipt and said I would have to wait then because they wanted to take another order for a person who came while I was asking for my refund.

Are we down to half cooking burgers for the public now? Really now it doesn't take much to follow the guides setup by the company. And a half cooked slimey burger is something that couldn't have been overlooked. They knew what they were doing. Not impressed that a potential trip to the hospital was offered with my cheat meal this week.
