“terrible experience on nov.4. We had breakfast which by the way is so overpriced now. 2 breakfast,an orange juice and a coffee was $55. anyhow, the waitress was too busy chatting with everyone in sight to pay attention to stuff. I asked for bacon and no mushroom in my breakfast skillet. I finally get my order after waiting a while, as it was very busy, and it had ham in it. So when the waitress comes back to the table I say it has ham, she's like yes, I say I asked for bacon. I don't like ham. she says oh I'm sorry I put it in for ham. do you want me to just bring out bacon on the side. First of all the ham is all chunked up in little pieces throughout the skillet so no I don't want something I don't like. I tell her no just take it back please, so I hesitate to wait for it to be fixed as I mention by the time I get my order back my hubby will be done eating. she promises it will be rushed,so I agree. Well I get the order back. It's got bacon this time but now it has mushrooms. I was so frustrated by this point, I let it go and start picking the mushrooms out of it. n Not impressed that it's the 2nd time my order is wrong. The waitress tries to make it up to me by sending me off with a dessert to take home. Then last night when I opened my dessert I was really mad. It was cherry cheesecake and it was so stale or something because the crust was completely mushy& and to add to it all I find a hair in it. So gross, just not a good experience at all. I will not go back. the waitress was friendly, but if you can't get my single order right not once but twice there's a big issue. I think they need to go back to writing everything down on paper because clearly working off memory doesn't work for them!! Obviously they need some hair nets as well, and next time you try to give a customer some dessert to make up for your mistakes make sure it's freshly made and doesn't have hair in it!!“
