Who owns this DQ?? Pay attention to your reviews here! I have been buying buster bars for years and this store is the worst. At 21 bucks a box, please put more chocolate fudge on them ffs!! There is none to speak of on every box I buy from here. Very disappointing

I made an order today via the app a surprise delivery to my husband at work, got a notification order delivered, order WASN'T DELIVERED.
I have been trying to reach the Rothesay location where order was made, but to no avail, I AM TOTALLY PISSED , I NEED A REFUND.
Dairy queen/Uber eat ruined my husband surprise Birthday.

I have given this DQ several chances for a sit in family dinner with two young children and have always ended up disappointed. Sure the food/ice cream is fine for fast dinner options, but it is the service.

Walk in to stand at the cash… wait wait wait. No greeting just a “what do you want”
Finally order your food, employee enters wrong and overcharges…. wait wait wait.
“Here’s your food” Bye.

The owner of this location needs to serious look at their employees to be better. Hate to say it, but next time we’ll be going to McDonalds.

waiting 15 minutes for one blizzard, alina (think that was her name wasnt to sure) took my order was very rude and horrible customer service and was being very rude to the other co workers, horrible experience at the kv dairy queen do not recommend going if u want to wait forever just for one thing

Waited for ever for someone to wait on us the dining area didn’t have one clean table there was soda all over the floor and people was walking thru it I have never been to a dirtier Dairy Queen

Just got the most freshly dipped cone ever. Saw the staff in a hurry towards me with it to ensure it would be fresh, and it was. Would add a picture, but I ate it.

Terrible service!!! Ordered 3 milk shakes, 3 different kinds. The server gave me 2 vanilla. I told her that I ordered 3 and what flavors ,she corrected 1 and walked away. She refused to make the third. She grabbed the tip cup to empty it. I had to wait until someone else came along to get the third shake and the rest of the food order. Also did not get the treat coupon for the meals. I gave this review a 1 because it was the lowest score. Rothesay NB location.

I came in and had excellent service by a cashier with the name tag Julia, she served me with a smile and checked up on me and my friends to make sure we had a great visit , made my day a little brighter. Thank you

The food tastes good, the staff was amazing and the specials were resonable. The price for an extra fountain pop was over $4 and that is ridiculous, that much more than a 2 litter pop.

Terrible customer service. Went here last night with my son around 7pm. I could see three employees behind the counter working by the kitchen area just standing around talking. Each one looked over at us standing at the counter at some point but never came over to take our order or say they would be over shortly or even acknowledged us in anyway. We didn’t even get a simple “Hello”. After waiting 5 minutes we just left.

3 burger meals ordered, all of them came cold and gross like they were made the day before. Fries were soggy and pale. If food poisoning from under cooked or improperly stored food doesn't take me out, I will not go back.

First of all, the service is awful. If the item isn’t being sold anymore take it off of your menu and the online menu. Second, if you close at 10pm you don’t close at 9:40 and say you’re not taking orders anymore. Some of the workers were very rude and rushed us to order because our choice “wasn’t made anymore”.

I was quite disappointed in the service. I walked in around 8pm and had to wait awhile for my girlfriend and I’s order to be taken. There were no employees at the counter and there were barely any customers in the store. My partner and I both ordered at the same time. I got a banana split and she finally got her blizzard after a group of girls that came in after us was served. When she meets me at the table we noticed how liquified her small blizzard was from sitting at the counter. I then went up and asked for a new one for her and there was no refund.

I use to go to this Dairy Queen all the time, but after having multiple bad visits I’ll go elsewhere.

Didn't add the sweet and sour sauce he repeated back to me at the drive thru. Fries where almost nonexistent.

THIS IS FROM MY FATHER I was treated terrible. I am 84 years old. I do not know how to use a smartphone very well but I try. I went to pick up a poutine and onion rings for supper. I was told first that I could only use one coupon, that's fine, sorry. But then I was told that I would have to go out to my car and call in my order. I don't know how to do that. Then I was told that I could only pay by credit card. I don't have a credit card. Then I was told I had to fill out a form. I don't even know what that was for. I refused. I was treated horribly. I will not be going back. Ever!
