Why is it when go into a walk up restaurant and its mid afternoon no one's comes to the counter for 5min, even though employees are walking by you and not saying anything. This was the first time in 5 years I went into a Dairy Queen and it will probably be along for my next visit. Sad customer experience.

Waited way too long to be served even though the lobby was empty. Probably ignored for at least 5 minutes. I was about to leave when someone finally showed up. Food was decent but the portion of fries was tiny.

Disappointing to see this DQ slowly worsen over the years. Prices are outrageous, quantities are small, quality of food is not what it used to be. On numerous occasions, I’ve received Blizzards that are barely full, made incorrectly or half melted. I’ve also had numerous blizzards made that contained allergens that were not ordered. While I understand there are no guarantees of cross contamination, this is extremely concerning as someone who has allergies. Getting closer and closer to never returning here.

went to the drive thru when i was the only vehicle, had to ask if mini or snack size was a blizzard size at least 6 times. got 4 ice cream items for them to be brought to the car running down the sides, no napkins, no trey, no lids. I then called the. next day to which i was told a manager would call back. its been 4 days still no call back. since when dont you put lids on, offer napkins, and offer trey’s. brutal at best

TERRIBLE service on many different occasions. I usually don’t review places but i’m shocked about the awful customer service here. I just went through the drive thru here and once i got to the window, the worker didn’t say ONE word to me, didn’t smile, say hi or tell me my total, she just stared at me with a disgusted look on her face. Many of the workers here are truly unpleasant to deal with and make you feel unwelcome and burdening for ordering food. On a different occasion, I was in the drive thru, and we overheard a few of the teenage workers mocking and laughing at us. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you’re looking to get some ice cream to cheer yourself up, you’ll probably leave feeling worse due to the attitude from the workers!

Horrible experience yesterday. Drive thru was absolutely ridiculous - waited 30 minutes to get to the window with only 3 cars ahead of us and I actually drove away without my order. During the 30 minute wait, I witnessed at least 10 cars drive away. When we got to the window, not a single person was working… 5 young people standing and talking, on their phones, etc. Whoever is “managing” this DQ is obviously not doing their job. Based on the reviews I have seen below and our experience yesterday, the operations manager should be replaced. We tried calling this location to speak with someone directly but there was no answer. Worst DQ I have ever been to.

Went in the drive through at 8:20 and took 20m just to get to the window and the staff was incredibly rude. No hi or thank yous or anything. The only words out of his mouth was my total. And both my banana split and peanut butter parfait were melted. Horrible service will not return

Who owns this DQ?? Pay attention to your reviews here! I have been buying buster bars for years and this store is the worst. At 21 bucks a box, please put more chocolate fudge on them ffs!! There is none to speak of on every box I buy from here. Very disappointing

I made an order today via the app a surprise delivery to my husband at work, got a notification order delivered, order WASN'T DELIVERED. I have been trying to reach the Rothesay location where order was made, but to no avail, I AM TOTALLY PISSED , I NEED A REFUND. Dairy queen/Uber eat ruined my husband surprise Birthday.
