The food tastes good, the staff was amazing and the specials were resonable. The price for an extra fountain pop was over $4 and that is ridiculous, that much more than a 2 litter pop.

Terrible customer service. Went here last night with my son around 7pm. I could see three employees behind the counter working by the kitchen area just standing around talking. Each one looked over at us standing at the counter at some point but never came over to take our order or say they would be over shortly or even acknowledged us in anyway. We didn’t even get a simple “Hello”. After waiting 5 minutes we just left.

3 burger meals ordered, all of them came cold and gross like they were made the day before. Fries were soggy and pale. If food poisoning from under cooked or improperly stored food doesn't take me out, I will not go back.

First of all, the service is awful. If the item isn’t being sold anymore take it off of your menu and the online menu. Second, if you close at 10pm you don’t close at 9:40 and say you’re not taking orders anymore. Some of the workers were very rude and rushed us to order because our choice “wasn’t made anymore”.

I was quite disappointed in the service. I walked in around 8pm and had to wait awhile for my girlfriend and I’s order to be taken. There were no employees at the counter and there were barely any customers in the store. My partner and I both ordered at the same time. I got a banana split and she finally got her blizzard after a group of girls that came in after us was served. When she meets me at the table we noticed how liquified her small blizzard was from sitting at the counter. I then went up and asked for a new one for her and there was no refund.

I use to go to this Dairy Queen all the time, but after having multiple bad visits I’ll go elsewhere.

THIS IS FROM MY FATHER I was treated terrible. I am 84 years old. I do not know how to use a smartphone very well but I try. I went to pick up a poutine and onion rings for supper. I was told first that I could only use one coupon, that's fine, sorry. But then I was told that I would have to go out to my car and call in my order. I don't know how to do that. Then I was told that I could only pay by credit card. I don't have a credit card. Then I was told I had to fill out a form. I don't even know what that was for. I refused. I was treated horribly. I will not be going back. Ever!

Worst "fast food" place ever. Run by a bunch of lazy people who are slow as hell. Be prepared to sit in the drive though for a good half hour.

Used to be the best place to come in the summer to get soft served! Since it’s clearly been taken over, it’s gone to garbage. You’ll be lucky if you get half of your order, and then they’ll sit and argue with you about what you actually ordered, along with denying you a copy of your receipt. With 6-10 workers behind the counter and no one in line or inside, you will still stand there for up to half an hour while they stand in a circle talking and laughing amongst each other which is wholesome to see, until 20 minutes go by and you realize you’ll be late getting back to your own job.

Worst thing is this has been the best dq around for a long time but since it has clearly been taken over by new people not from here who just want to make money off of us we ordered our food they missed two whole burgers went in to say they didn't have them in the bag we are told we didn't pay for them print the receipt out that they never gave me and turns out they charged me for multiple items instead of the burgers and was told there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to pay for the burgers that I already had ordered. Oh well guess they won't get my money again. Spread the word on these fast food joints being bought up and turned into terrible places with nor esoect that are just about making money off Canadians

I've given this place several tries because the first time I went the food was hot and fresh. I've been back 4 times since and have been very disappointed each time. The food has always been cold, one time it took a half hour to get my food and the last time I waited 15 minutes during which I watched an employee stand over the buns that weren't bagged yawning and coughing without covering their mouth at all, now that's just gross and I will not be back.
