I've given this place several tries because the first time I went the food was hot and fresh. I've been back 4 times since and have been very disappointed each time. The food has always been cold, one time it took a half hour to get my food and the last time I waited 15 minutes during which I watched an employee stand over the buns that weren't bagged yawning and coughing without covering their mouth at all, now that's just gross and I will not be back.

It's Dairy Queen so you know what to expect and you get it here too. Food was good, as expected. The cashier seemed a bit lost but she might have been new. Service was quick. Price was reasonable.Dietary restrictions: You can warn them of peanut allergies but they cannot guarantee anything. There are lactose free dilly bars. Hopefully those options increase.Parking: You drive. You park. You leave. What can I say.

This is the slowest Dairy Queen by a large margin. It's faster to drive to Rothesay ave and get a blizzard there if you live just 5 minutes from this one here.

Used to be great now every burger meal I have gotten the past two years is wrong. I go through the drive through 99% of the time and I agree with another reviewer that there needs to be a screen on the drive through telecom so we can see and confirm there that it is correct. I don’t like cheese or and allergic to onion and ask to not put them on then at the window before taking the bag I ask if they left the cheese and onion off which the a girl always says yes and every time I get a burger meal there IS onion and cheese. When I bring it in to get a replacement they act all mad at me! It isn’t my fault yall don’t communicate with the cooks. Seriously gone down hill its really sadDietary restrictions: They do not meet your dietary restrictions at this location

I've lived in the KV for many years, so I've been to this DQ countless times, and I usually find the food and friendly service very good, just as it was a couple weeks ago. But the place has absolutely ZERO atmosphere due to no TV's anymore, and despite the ceiling being full of speakers, not even music playing. Some may like it that way, but my wife and I do not. How about putting the local KV radio station on just to break the awkward silence? Which to me, stifles conversation because whenever you speak, it seems oddly out of place. Way too quiet in there for our liking, so please que the music. Thanks!

Fast service. Sub par food. Dirty floors, tables and chairs. Did not enjoy the experience at all. Very dissapointed.
Literally never able to confirm an order to save their lives. In the last year of ordering from this specific location, I've had my order automatically canceled atleast 6 times on items as small as a single burger and drink. I think they must hate their jobs or something cause I know it's never that busy. The owner is losing a lot of business due to this issue.

I’ve been going to this location for over 20 years but the past year I have been experiencing the same problem. I always order either a chicken finger combo or a number 2 combo but without cheese because of a bad allergy to dairy. Every time I order the number 2 combo it comes with cheese on it after asking no cheese on burger. And today there were four slices on the burger. I think a screen on the telecom in the drive through would help so customers can see what they are putting in on the spot to correct mistakes instead of finding out after you leave, i got it replaced today but the second burger was even more messy than usual.

used to be great! I would go with my grandma and cousins all the time. Ever since there was new owners, they have been beyond stingy with the food. There was maybe enough food for an average 6 year old in my basket. Not Happy.
