This place is an embarrassment, it took 2 hours to get donairs and garlic fingers less than 5 km down the road, i called and placed a delivery order and waited an hour. Then called back. The kid on the phone( the kid on the phone was very good)said he was very sorry the last delivery took it. I said no problem just send it again. He said ok it will be about 20 minutes. I waited for another hour and a delivery guy showed up, screaming gibberish on the phone in my yard. I tried talking to him and he was screaming and all he’d say was 82 dollars. I gave him a 100$ bill and he got in his car, getting ready to leave and i said ill take my change please , he said no tip? I said i dont tip people with bad service and he handed me 15$. I took it and called greco again and told the kid about it. He(the kid earlier)was very apologetic, and said its been an ongoing issue. The owner should learn how to run a company as this is not the first issue I've had here! But it will be my last!

Definitely the worst Greco’s location I’ve been to. I’ve ordered cinnamon-type bites before, and they showed up with absolutely nothing on them, just a bunch of dough. Comically bad stuff like that has happened at this location.

Called to see when they shut the yogurt machines off guy said 9:15pm or 9:30pm I showed up at 9:10 to them shut off and the employee proudly said he just shut them down knowing I was coming.

Ordered a pizza online 15/7/2025 from the Rothesay location, they call and say they can't deliver it until 2 hours later and can't give me a refund either because it's an online order. Unbelievable...

i walked in with two friends and came out with three. I met the best employee here i’ve never been graced with such presence . She had long brown hair and a big smile on her face. I LOVE FROZU i got banana monkey and chocolates

Absolutely awful service. Walked in with 5 hungry kids, stood around for 20 mins while the workers ignored us. I CANT BELIEVE this store still operates! Awful customer service. I couldn’t get on here quick enough to complain, how awful!

I'm not sure what happened. The pizza used to come with a layer of cheese on it. Now it's like there's some sort of great cheese shortage. I've never seen cheese placed so sparingly on pizza before. Our family dinner was a huge disappointment. I was so looking forward to enjoying greco pizza because it's been awhile since we've had it.
Update: I've reached out to Greco, sent pictures in, etc. Annnd nothing! They said someone would contact me back and that they were going to send it to the Rothesay store owner and it seems more like they've just ghosted me. So far, there's no customer service. It seems like this quality is acceptable to them when they clearly advertise pizza with cheese!
It has been awhile since I’ve been to Greco and we wanted donairs tonight. The meat was so dry and overcooked could hardly eat it and the garlic fingers were supposed to come with donair sauce and didn’t find out they forgot until I was gone. Had to go back. With so many pizza joints opening up I feel like this Greco location is really sliding storm hill. Unfortunately I doubt I’ll ever be back.

This restaurant does not respect greco's policies on closing we arrived at 12h10am and they are supposed to be closing at 1am and we've been refused service on the ground that only one person was closing and he was slow. The door was locked and the employee ignored us even if he was in front of us doing the mop. I called just to be told he was alone and slow so he had to close 45min early.

walked in to order and was told he was to busy and I'm not worth his time. terrible customer service and not a good attitude to run a business on. hope the owner sees these reviews and looks into what kind of people they hire. Will be traveling to the city from now on and spreading the word

Probably the worst pizza in the city. A party pizza, garlic fingers and 2 donairs was 91$. Half the ingredients that there should have been on everything. Very disappointing. We had the same thing when we ordered last year, but decided to give it a second chance. Done with this place.

We placed a gigantic last minute order here two weeks ago for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party. We were feeding over 18 people from Ontario, most of which had never experienced garlic fingers or donair pizza, so we called our trusty local Greco for a massive pick-up order. They went above and beyond for us; immediately getting everything set up for us in record time. When we arrived, we were provided our massive stack of garlic fingers, and pizzas, and gluten-free pizzas, and were pleasantly surprised to be provided an extra garlic finger because one of the pizzas bubbled up in the oven (making it still edible, just a little less beautiful to the eye). Thank you so much to the team for their professionalism, kindness, and excitement about our order. This was a huge hit at our bachelor/bachelorette parties, and truly did make our huge crowd happy. Thanks again!
