“Needs an update . The inside door slams really loudly when the second door opens upon leaning. And the door is very dirty looking. Needs painting. I’d like to see some privacy booths or more of a one on one seating and possibly noise reduction.
I love the pizzas and the Caesar salad is to die for. The real bacon bits and cheese are fantastic but the dressing is amazing. This is my go to type of Caesar dressing. ♥️♥️“

“I wanted to take my friend out for their birthday, and we decided to go to Vitus Uptown. We didn’t have a reservation, but when we arrived, there were several empty tables. The staff told us they were waiting for a party of 31 to be seated upstairs and instead made us sit at the bar to eat. First off, I’m not a drinker, and I don’t appreciate being seated next to alcohol being poured, especially when there were open tables. Sitting at the bar was uncomfortable, especially since I have neuropathy in my leg, and benches are not ideal for me. We expressed that we would have preferred a table, but they never accommodated us—even after we overheard that some reservations had been canceled. In the entire time we were there, only one of those tables ended up being filled. What made this even more disappointing is that my friend doesn’t get out of the house often. This was supposed to be a special night, and instead, we felt dismissed. When I voiced my concerns, I was looked at as if I was the problem rather than being heard. If we had been seated properly, we would have likely ordered more food and stayed longer, but instead, we felt rushed out. I’ve been to other Vito's locations, and the food has always been great. This time was no exception, and I do appreciate that they validated our parking and provided a complimentary dessert. However, service is just as important as the meal, and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. When people go out and spend their money, they expect to be treated with respect. This night could have been handled so much better.“

“We celebrated my mom and husband’s birthdays at Italian by Night on Tuesday, August 19th, and it was such a perfect night! The team was super accommodating, and Liz, our server so kind, patient, fun and friendly. She really went above and beyond to make the whole experience extra special. The food (as always) was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve been whisked straight to Italy. It’s often our first pick when we’re celebrating anything special...or when we’re just craving some amazing pasta. This is hands down the best spot in the Saint John and we recommend it all the time. “This was always the place my parents took me to on my birthday (all the way from Fredericton). I was in Saint John for a meeting and thought I should stop for lunch and WOW was I not disappointed, without a doubt the best donair pizza I have ever had, anywhere ever. “We had a great experience, Bella was our server and she was fast, very friendly, she cracked a few jokes which made our experience fun, she also answered all of our questions and even came back with appropriate answers she was unsure of! Really great service, we have been to this location a few times and didn’t receive great service previously, but Bella was great! We hope to get her again next time!“

“I went there tonight with my fiancé, my brother and sister-in-law. As we got there, they were just closed. My sister-in-law said I am so sad because I wanted to try this. It’s my first time and the guy who was working, came to the door and said for you, I’ll let you in. We all got chatting and it was like we were all besties. They were super nice and very friendly and agreed to make a few pizzas for us. They deserve a lot of recognition not many places would do this at all. They took the time and made the pizzas, even though they were going to close and head on their own way. Great service and excellent food as always.❤️❤️“

“Did take out on a few of there Donairs. Overall they are simple, a little dry and not the biggest bang for the buck but can be decent enough for the right deal. Interior could definitely use a revamp with a touch up on lighting and signage. Overall not a bad spot to check out“

“Pizza looked and smelled great, but their card machine wasn't working, driver insinuated it was my cards, both credit and debit. But the machine was saying communication error, both cards had more than enough money. Anyways ,long story short, the took the pizza. So to start I'll never order here again, and tell everyone I know not to either, very dissatisfied and disappointed.“
