We placed a bigger order for a birthday party and everything was ready on time (sorry to the young fella for the confusion), piping hot when we got it home and PLENTY of food for 13 people with lots of leftovers. Ordered 2 number ones tasted like old fish just filthy broccoli was fishy moosh Walked out not worth eating never checked to see if the food was good literally got sick right after wouldn't feed it to my dogs. I'm super pissed ripped off 45$ never again.

I often ordered food from them that I liked, but the last time they made me wait more than an hour, and while I was sitting and waiting there they served people who arrived much later than me, such an attitude is unacceptable.

First time ordering from here. My go to was closed today. If zero stars were an option, I would choose that option. Took over an hour for delivery. Paid for 4 combos and tipped the driver well even though waiting an hour for food on a Sunday night is ridiculous. Opened the bag to discover only 3 out of 4 combos. I called and was told I could have a credit. I'll never use that. Yuck. Probably the worst tasting chinese food I've ever had and I lived on the west coast for years. Absolutely terrible.

Popped in to see the menu. Didn't feel like rice so I was offered the daily special of shanghai noodles. Huge portion, lots of flavour and ridiculously well priced. I'll most definitely be back.
We ordered meatballs and got ribs. Not a huge deal. But disappointing. The rice isn't fantastic. A but clumpy, not rinsed enough is my guess. Overall though. It was good and beats most of the local competition

Linn Chau used to be good (ordered more than 20 times from there) but is now consistently the opposite. The food is just gross...we don't even want the credit for our meal. It's borderline inedible. The prices are way up. Loads of filler (my Kung Pao chicken is nothing but limp, luke-warm celery). Zero flavour.If phlegm colored goo that tastes like corn starch over unidentifiable, greasy, re-deepfried balls for $80 is your idea of a good night's take out then Rothesay Linn Chau is place for you. If you expect to be impressed for your $80 then save your money and find a cleaner joint. Read the Trip Advisor reviews for a laugh!As a funny aside, the owner insisted that I drive back in the rain to prove that the food was as disgusting as I claimed. I did. He offered no apology and through it in the garbage where it belonged.Now if I can just find a way to get the taste of cornstarch, unchanged fryer oil and cheap soy sauce out of my mouth...

Consistently good food with a nice simple weekend brunch( excellent price) and enough choices, very generous with takeaway buffet containers for 10.00. Please tell your weekend staff to smile, it goes a long way for customer service
