I unfortunately did not catch her name, but the young lady working on Sunday, Oct 5 at about 2pm is an absolute STAR! 🌟 I was celebrating a very special day and she could not have been more friendly and congratulatory. An absolute gem of an employee and ambassador for Papa John’s Pizza! And the pizza was just as awesome as I hoped for as well, including the extra garlic dipping sauces and pepperoncinis! Thank you SO much, this location is the standard & should be very proud!

The manager of the Rothesay location was beyond rude and didn't do one thing to correct the mistake they made in our order. I will never order from there again and strongly suggest others don't.

Update: ordered twice in the last couple of weeks online. I ordered earlier in the day for a later time and each time it was at least fifteen minutes late. This evening (12/18/24) my pizza was not right and the other one was over cooked. I had originally given them 3 stars but I’ve really not been satisfied with their pizza or their service lately. I think we will go with Pizza Puzza from now on. At least the pizza come hot. Old post: it is an okay pizza spot. It doesn’t stand out from the rest. It cost more than dominoes but less than pomidorris. We’ve had issues with our online ordering since moving to the valley, resulting in us having to call.
