Usually love pita pit, but last two times I have gone to the Rothesay location have been miserable. I had horribly burnt veggies and the wrong meat. I said meh, maybe an off day, then it was followed by another visit where I waited in the drive thru for 7 min with no service. Guess I’ll go east/west next time.

I have always enjoyed pita pit, but the last 2 visit, things have changed..1st was the condition of the grill, dirty with burnt crumbs on it with gave my wrap a burnt taste. 2nd was they added fresh vegetables on top of the old ones, not rotating the vegetables properly. Hope these issues are addressed

I just visited Pita Pit in Rothesay and the young lady who waited on me was AMAZING!!! She explained different options and showed me different sizes of pita pockets. She never rushed me and offered helpful suggestions. The choices she suggested were delicious. It was wonderful to have such a pleasant helpful waitress. Thank you!

The staff are generally pretty friendly although some are from away and don't know much English (which can be a bit confusing at times when ordering) but the food always tastes great and fresh! Probably the healthiest "fast food" option and a go-to for me when I'm out and about. Customizable like subway, but healthier!

Staff very hard to understand, did not understand orders properly and missed items that were clearly ordered and then made us pay for them even though it was their mistake.

Went last week, two guys working were slow and upset that they had to be there. They were hard to understand through the plexiglass and I don't think English was their first language. Food was good though.

It's fine, but all restaurants no matter what only get 3 stars from me!. You have to do tons extra to get more than 3 stars from me.

Staff was nice when I finally got to meet them. Only one door at front was unlocked. I tried the locked door. Other door on side was exit. Chairs were on the tables. No staff out front when I peered into the windows. Two open signs made me throw up my hands. Only lady in a parked car yelling to me made me try the other door of the set. Once inside.... I was concerned about the grill temperature when I had my food cooked. Didn't get sick so I guess it was ok. Also not impressed with the city telling you to turn into the area behind the restaurant off the main road. It's a one way the other way for the takeout lane. Bad experience overall. But finally got my food. I was looking for a pita pit so glad I found one.

Typically love pita pit but we were very disappointed with the portions at this location. I load my small pita with veggies and normally its a very good size but from this location it was the size I would expect a toddler to eat. Unfortunately we won't be eating at this location anymore.

Go to Saint John for portions that match the price.The guy taking the orders on the pos for the drive thru during the lunch rush needs some lessons on customer service.
