5 of us for xmas dinner. Was told about half hour wait. Was about 20 min wait. Service was quick, food was good portion. Reasonable prices. Flavor was good for a restaurant turkey dinner. Waitress was friendly, knowledgable and attentive and it was extremely busy.

Vegetarian options: Didnt notice but am sure they could and would accomodate

Parking: Very clean. Every staff memeber was smiling and friendly and didnt seemed rushed even though they were going non stop

My brother went in today to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Irving Big Stop Restaurant with the retro 1984 priced special.
It was delicious and a great price. Friendly service from the staff members and clean washrooms.

Parking: Lots of free parking spots available.

Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair accessible entrance and restaurant.
It’s reasonably priced for seniors and everyone.

Best family restaurant ! Staff are welcoming and attentive ! Seniors Omelet is a great deal and just right for breakfast! Shout out to Marjorie and her rocking Halloween costume !

We stopped for lunch on our way through, the restaurant is convenient and clean, staff is friendly. We wanted the pickles and our server told us they never sell them but that we're the 2nd people to ask for them that day and they have none, they're on the menu as a fan favorite, we found that odd. My burger came out on a moldy bun, they changed it for me, but also forgot our onion rings. Again, our server was lovely but after 3 mishaps in a row, it would have been nice for them to give us a soda or appetizer on the house, ya know? Overall, not a bad place, I'd give it another shot.

Quite busy when we arrived, but we were seated quickly.
The food here was not what I had come to love about big stops .
I ordered my usual order .
The spicy Chipotle burger, fries, and gravy on the side. This is the second time I have not received the " 2 onion rings on top " that the menu says I should receive .
The bun was stale around the outside like it was kept warm waiting to be served .
The sauce on the burger also seemed to taste different.
Waitresses were very friendly and efficient.

I have been eating at the route 1 Irving restaurant for 3 or 4 yrs. Always enjoyed their food. The last couple of times has not been great. I ordered takeout for breakfast, and the potatoes on the grill were half cooked the toast was not even browned. The service is good but the food has went down hill. I payed 35$ for 2 breakfast, and we ended up throwing most of it out. Time to go somewhere else, unfortunately.

Our server Jody was amazing. Well mannered friendly helpful server. Got seafood platter. Was delicious. Portions could be a bit bigger. But overall great experience.

Supper this evening was awesome!
Our group of 26 enjoyed a Birthday Celebration for our Sister Kim.
Our Servers were wonderful. They are Angels.
Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I called before we showed up. We were
Informed that the restaurant closed at eight o'clock pm. We arrived at seven thirty pm. Wednesday august 21 2024. Upon arrival, we were refused service.. Mind you it is seven thirty pm, And we have already received confirmation that the kitchen would be open until eight pm. Horrible customer service.. A total waste of time. Very unprofessional. Myself, along with my wife and a lot of our friends have eaten here over the years. We would like someone to get back to us because the management here is clearly not willing to work. Not only was My wife and I in line there was also Another man with his company refused. Wednesday 7:30 PM August 21st 2024.
