Worst starbuck experience of my life. I waited for 25 minutes for ONE coffee and when I came to ask if they forgot my order, the young girl with blonde hair respond “oh sorry” and then she took the drink that was sitting on the back counter that was made like 10 minutes ago. Never coming here again

How can 30 cars go through the drive through and it takes me 20 min for 2 coffee. They need balance here, 1 person on counter taking orders in store and doing online orders is not a good model for expediency. This is the main reason I usually go to Second Cup on millenium. They have customer service down pat....ps still waiting.....22 min now

Do not ever ever go here if you're ever worried about time in the slightest, I don't mean if you're running late I mean in general.
I showed up and placed an order for one frappuccino, I left early for work so that I could make the stop at Starbucks. Unfortunately by the time I got my drink it had been 25 minutes of standing at the counter, and while I don't believe that the employees were slacking - actually it was the opposite they were running around trying to get stuff done as fast as they could - clearly they were understaffed for the amount of orders coming in online, at counter, and through the drive-thru. I went from leaving quite early for work to actually managing to be late with no impact from traffic, which is pretty impressive in how bad that is.
There was also another occasion where I stopped in in the evening, it was either Friday or Saturday night, and I managed to stand at the counter for over 7 minutes without anybody coming to take my order and it was not very busy at least in terms of whoever was at counter or cars in the drive-thru. I don't go to Starbucks expecting the most rapid service in the world but that is very poor. I ended up leaving that time without ordering because I didn't want to stand around forever to give them my money.
Their customer service is very friendly, they do a very good job making their drinks, the atmosphere is nice, and normally with Starbucks my only real complaint is that they charge a little too much if you want to go there more than once in a blue moon or you're not fairly well off. That said the inability to get there and order something and be out in a relatively timely manner prompted me to leave this review.
I hope that they either figure out how to be a bit more efficient or staff more people as appropriate, because the speed of service ruins and otherwise very good experience at this location

I ordered a CARMEL frappe and the first one didn’t have any Carmel so I went through the drive through again and STILL NO CARMEL drizzle do better
The food is prepackaged, nothing to get excited over. But the drinks and the service are always top notch!

I wish they bring back my favorite breakfast food esp Southwest Potatoes, Black Bean, and Egg Wrap...I never order other foods, but this one! They would have kept this option on their menu forever.

When I visited this location I was helped by Dani and the beautiful lady with the curly hair, and they were AMAZING!!!! I felt so comfortable and welcomed and my drink was delicious!
