A wonderful Starbucks coffee franchise with very friendly staff. It has become my favourite location. It’s conveniently located beside my grocery store.The drive thru staff are friendly and welcoming. They will regularly offer my chihuahuas pup cups.The bakery are freshly baked and delicious.Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese sandwiches, oat bars, and muffins.

DO NOT ENTER!!! If you need to go to this over priced , over rated joke of a business, use the drive thru. They may ask you your life story and act as fake as possible ( a company policy) to make you feel as ease..(cringe),but at least you won't stand inside for half an hr waiting for a latte. And its everytime at this place. Disgusting the way you treat customers, that dare to get out of their vehicle, to support your establishment. People boycott this place and support a local coffee shop.

Unsure if they have switched the way baristas work in the front vs. the drive through for the millionth time (thanks howard schultz) but every time I've been in the last couple of months I've seen car after car pass through the drive through as folks wait for drinks. Why have the cafe at all then? :(

This past week was the first time I've visited Starbucks Rothesay, and the service was lovely. Kind and welcoming staff from the second I walked through the door. They graciously allowed me to take some Halloween photos of my dog Phillip dressed as a Pup Cup on their patio ❤️.

usually pretty good but lately it’s been not the best. today i stood in there for half an hour waiting because they weren’t calling names, i had placed. a mobile order. place was packed. never got asked if i needed anything they just kept staring at me. great service guys ??

Went today before a hair appt, and ordered on the app. Said it would be ready at 1:49, with my appointment at 2:00, and the salon is 6 mins away. Was ready at 2, and were out of 2 of the ingredients.

The larger women with red hair, working the cash went out of her way to be rude to my mother and my wife, almost thought she was trying to be funny but nope, just a sad, angry person, working the front line dealing with customers. If i owned that location i would be putting some thought into keeping that person in that position. We went to that other coffee shop in town to have our coffee.

This place is so nice it inspired my first Google review…. The wonderful people here are so sweet and hospitable! I was working on my tablet and they offered me a piece of heated up ginger molasses cookie, are you kidding me? That was amazing! On top of the wonderful workers, the music is alright too. Great drinks, food and people!

Great staff! Nice atmosphere and wel made drinks. One of the women who work there gave recommendations when my friend didn’t know the menu and was very informative/friendly! It really made her happy since she was shy about the unfamiliar menu. Definitely one of my favourite spots.great location and super friendly staff
