Guy with beard was super slow,surly and he irritated the hell out me because of it! I was the only person he was serving at the time, and he moved so slow he would make a sloth seem fast. Absolutely the worst server I've had anywhere!

Went to Rothesay location last night.Ordered and then got all the way home and surprise...one of the sandwiches was missing from the bag. Very disappointing to say the least. Several failed attempts to contact them and also use Guest Care forms which have broken links and are non functioning. I do understand mistakes happen but nothing seems easy with Subway.If you're trying to reach them, safe yourself the headache and don't even bother.

With each time I go there I’m never satisfied, they cheap out on the toppings and the meat. Seems to be less food but more money.I’m literally eating just flatbread and sauce as I write this and that’s because there wasn’t any toppings left on a quarter of the sub.

Best service I've ever had at a subway location! I live in PEI and they always just throw the sub together and they all look miserable while working.At this subway in Rothesay they put so much care into making my sub, you can tell they actually care about the product. All of the toppings were spread evenly, and the staff seemed happy to be there.

The only way you’re going to get the sub you want at this Subway is if you go in and make it yourself. I repeated my order at least 3 times and still they didn’t get it right.Last time I go to this Subway!

Went through the drive thru and there were items missed that I paid extra for but didn't realize until I got home. Not even a napkin in the bag! Rgey have gone downhill
