The quality of the coffee is inconsistent. I have had so many coffees that weren’t good that I have switched to McDonalds coffee. They used to offer fresh coffee every 15 minutes now their signs says every 20 minutes. Maybe this is why the dark roast coffee tastes awful or else they have changed their dark roast coffee source.

I've stopped going because I'm not heard and I keep getting black coffee when I ask for 3×3. Simple right ? Ridiculous what we have to go threw now
I had a disappointing experience today between 2:30 to 3:00 PM when I ordered an iced drink. The cup wasn’t sealed properly, and when I asked for a double cup to avoid a mess, I was told I’d be charged for it—even though it was due to an error on your part. When I asked the staff member to clean the cup, she used the same cloth she had been using to wipe counters, which felt very unhygienic. I hope the management takes steps to improve such situations in the future.

Thought i would buy a Dream donut…Nutella….sooo disappointed there is hardly any Nutella inside…would never buy this again Coffee good but expensive & they dont offer Seniors anything off like McDonald’s does, i was headed to McDonald’s but thought i would change due to Nutella 👎

I ordered three vegetarian wraps and they were cold inside which wasn’t a good dinner choice for us. The employee at the drive thru window wasn’t too concerned about not having any potato wedges when we wanted two of them. Also they didn’t have any of the flavours of Timbits that I wanted with my meal.
