went through drive through and asked for 3 teas to be told they didn't have enough I asked for them to make more and then went up to pay and was asked why I was still waiting for my 3rd tea and was told I wasn't charged for it because they only had enough for 2.....like really

Will not be returning to this location, constant service issues. The temp foreign workers all speak their native language on the floor to each other right in front of us customers rather than speaking English which makes me uncomfortable as I don't understand what they are saying, and every time I come through on cash I get ignored as they prioritize drive thru and everything is always made incorrectly. Last night I came in around 7:30 ish maybe and I was the only patron in the store and 1 customer in drive thru, there was a gentleman working on a single coffee order in drive thru and a lady cleaning up lobby and another worker, all 3 of them looked at me and ignored me. A second order came in Drive thru and instead of serving me first he keeps serving drive thru. Finally after 5 minutes I get service from the girl who looked at me and went out back, she was very unfriendly and didn't serve me with a smile, I felt like I was inconveniencing them and they didn't want me there. I asked for a 10 pack timbit assorted and she gave me mostly honey dip and left out one of the flavours. Not happy with the constant bad service, will not come back

Sick of yelling and still not getting what I order and not being given my change or being over charged. They play stupid games all the time I drive a tru k deal with it I can't shut it off but you need to turn up your headset.

This location has declined quite dramatically in recent years. It used to be fine as far as Tim Hortons goes, but lately there are issues with almost every single order. It seems to be mostly an issue with the staff. Orders not taken correctly, under/over cooked food, gross old coffee, excessive butter/cream cheese/etc. My order today was disgusting to the point that I ended up throwing it out. If you really have to go to Tim's, the other Rothesay location isn't as bad.
