Sick of yelling and still not getting what I order and not being given my change or being over charged. They play stupid games all the time I drive a tru k deal with it I can't shut it off but you need to turn up your headset.

This location has declined quite dramatically in recent years. It used to be fine as far as Tim Hortons goes, but lately there are issues with almost every single order. It seems to be mostly an issue with the staff. Orders not taken correctly, under/over cooked food, gross old coffee, excessive butter/cream cheese/etc. My order today was disgusting to the point that I ended up throwing it out. If you really have to go to Tim's, the other Rothesay location isn't as bad.

This isn't my first time reviewing this Tim's. it seemed like they were getting better all around, unfortunately not. the last few times they made me feel rushed when ordering. I understand keeping the time down but seriously its excessive. They often don't even add sugar to your coffee most of the time, ordered two before my OVERNIGHT shift and they didn't add sugar in either of them. there's like 3 people in that entire store that actually do their job properly. the rest of them stand around and talk while the line builds up.

Who knew when ordering a medium coffee with 2 milk you also get a peice of a plastic bag in with it free of charge? When calling to complain to a manager/supervisor as I never started drinking it until I got home....I was told there was nobody on until tomorrow...Unacceptable!!!!! Could have choked not only that who knows where that peice of plastic was prior to being in my coffee! No phone number was taken when I called when I STATED I wanted a call back, I was told to call on Monday between 8-4! Seriously!!! I am sorry that your staff do not feel that this is acceptable or to take required information to ensure management calls back!!! Totally DISGUSTED! This location deserves a ZERO rating!I mentioned I work until 5 p.m. through the week and to leave a voicemail...on Monday they called MULTIPLE times while I was at work and unable to answer and NO VOICEMAILS left! Now day 4 and still no further calls or emails! Very nice to see how serious they take their customer satisfaction! Do Better TIM HORTONS!

The staff was so happy and efficient .I was sitting watching them.it was full of customers....no line up...Asked me if I wanted butter and my muffin warmed up.Totally organized at drive thro and inside.Smiling and friendly amongst themselves.it was a smooth and pleasant experience.

There are two drive thru speakers to place an order. When we got to the takeout window we were handed a drink and a bag that we unfortunately just paid for and it wasn’t our order.The cashier then had me pay for my order after I handed back the items that were not part of my order.Then she issued me my refund.Poor customer service at the drive thru window especially when the staff were standing around talking to each other.

Vegetarian options: I enjoy the taste of the vegetable wrap.

Ordered two coffees. I'm off in a six pack of the retro donuts going through drive-thru. Because they're always been too big of a rush. They never checked the order. I had ordered the six pack retro variety pack donuts and they give me five of the single same type donut in one other. These packs are $10. A piece I got all the way home noticed their mistake, went back to the store and marry. The supervisor decided to argue with me that they tried to inform me that they were giving me that but they were more concerned about the drive-thru times and through the order basically into my car and rushed me along. I am tired of this. I wanted a refund on my whole order. They only gave me refund on the donuts and I had to argue with the supervisor. Every time I'm at this location something is always messed up with my order. This is ridiculous and something needs to happen
