Great spot! No food service but you can bring your own in. Very friendly atmosphere.

Be prepared to be totally ignored. The staff was more interested in cleaning the windows and writing on the board. Left without having ever spoken to a soul

Before my first step into Ducky’s I heard their name a lot. And I mean A LOT!
This place means a lot to a special someone, and it seemed to be the backdrop of almost every fun story she had to share. Naturally I got very curious, and I think it would‘ve been an understatement to say that my expectations were filled to the brim during my first visit.
It was a chilly autumn night as I remember, the streets were packed since it was a huge homecoming weekend for the Mounties. Seemed like everyone in the town was waiting to get in, myself included, not knowing what to expect, but the staff worked quickly and the line moved swiftly. Coming from Halifax I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the cover was on such a busy night. Once I walked in, there was a sort of warmth that welcomes and draws you in right away — it’s kinda hard to put into words, you‘ve got to experience it yourself. Despite being so packed, the chaos was organized, I too got swept in the music (straight bangers by the way, shoutout to the DJ).
Hours had passed by before I even realized! I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a chance to talk to so many cool people while dancing before. The vibes (for lack of a better term) were just immaculate, getting engulfed in Newfie-Irish tunes, and the friendly banter made my first trip to New Brunswick quite a memorable one! I can see why Ducky’s is a place where so many memories are made; I came back again for Karaoke a few months later.
The owner Sarah and manager Bre are super approachable, and I really appreciate all their help accommodating when I had a special request. This is how you build a community!
I could finally see why this bar was so near to her heart, Ducky’s isn‘t just a physical space, it embodies the spirit of the wonderful people that call Sackville home.
If you’re ever on your way to Moncton, do yourself a favour and stay a night in Sackville and experience the magic of Ducky’s, the detour will be worth it.

You'll want to avoid this place. The staff, especially the head bartender, were incredibly rude. Will be filing a complaint with the liquor control board, as this establishment was serving alcohol with many minors present at 10pm on a Saturday night.

Great atmosphere with friends, but the bouncers made the experience so much worse. Last night the bouncer was just mean for no reason and completely changed the mood, super unprofessional with small remarks and

Great service! Really glad they have a cocktail menu too. I recommend you guys keep the screen on with the cocktail menu listed though as I went before and it was off.
