Best cafe on Beechmountain
as locals we frequent the Flying Bean. Today, though, they deserve an extra ovation. We arrived around 10am hoping the morning crowd might have slowed. We were wrong. Few tables were available and while there a steady stream of customers flowed in and out. As always, service with a smile was excellent. I love that they cater reasonably well for VEGANS. Today, I enjoy a loose leaf chai, made to perfection by Emily, and a delicious vegan quinoa and fig slice filled with nutritious goodness and not too sweet. A definite winner. Please keep this one in your cabinet.
