Food is fantastic! Plenty of options from Pizza, poutine, salads & more. Very clean & comfortable store front. Bala (sorry if Im not spelling this correctly) is very friendly and welcoming. Food was ready super quick. My compliments. A fantastic business! I wish you much success and hope to see a franchise in Moncton. I will certainly be a regular. This is how its done folks!

I had a bad experience here a few years ago when I first moved to town. My order was overcooked. I polietly contacted the store and sent them a picture, I wasn't upset with them, I am just autistic and I thought I should let them know. The store offered to make me a new one, that I would just have to go pick it up, and I thought that was really kind of them. I am a uni student and broke, so it meant a lot to me.
However, when I went in to get it, the owner shamed me to the point I was holding back tears. His daughter was working at the time and tried to do some damamge control. She told me that he wasn't beign rude, that he was just like that. Again, I am autistic, so I can be sensitive to people getting upset with me, but I still think it was uncalled for. I wrote a poor review because I was hurt by the experience. After a little while, I erased my review. I figured I was just unlucky, and I shouldn't leave a poor review just for one bad experience.
I hadn't been back in a couple years now, I was just too embarassed by the whole situation. But, recently I figured I would order again. The person who took my order came off annoyed at me during the whole call. It personally just bothers me when people are rude, I've worked in customer serivce and it just feels wrong. But, hey, sometimes people have bad days, so whatever. I just stayed pleasant on the call, he took my order, and it was delivered very quickly!
However, I decided to write this review because this time my order arrive wrong. I just straight up didn't get what I ordered, and I didn't like what they made (it was soggy despite how fast it arrived) After my experience last time, I was too scared to contact the store, so, I just made food at home instead.

Love Goyas. It is amazing. Best place to eat in Sackville. Highly recommend the poutines and honey garlic fingers. I go here so often. Miss the 2am hours though.

The lady who answers the telephone has a voice like a songbird and I absolutely love it! The staff are friendly, the food is excellent and the delivery service is very quick. 5 Stars across the board for Goya's. ❤️

Well, sorta disappointed. We had a pizza here a few months ago and was wondering if the owner or pizza sauce had changed. The sauce has a bit of a kick to it and our pizza lacked cheese big time! The pizza was not only very skimpy on the cheese that it didn't even come close to the edge. Toppings were scarce for what we paid. Would I go back? Probably not. :( Used a gift card, and the employee assumed the remaining balance was for them. 9 bucks would have been a huge tip for takeout. I guess if you are a student or live in this town, the pizza might be good to you.

We got the 12” every day special. It did not disappoint! Called for pick-up and it was all ready in 15 minutes. My new favourite is the chicken shawarma. So good!!!
