waited 1 hour and 30 minutes in the drive-thru at 2:00 AM at the Sackville McDonald’s. That’s not an exaggeration — it was nearly two hours for fast food. At that point, it’s no longer “busy,” it’s completely mismanaged. No communication, no apology, and no sense of urgency whatsoever. Cars barely moved, and once you’re stuck in the drive-thru, you’re trapped with no way out. If you’re going to be open overnight, at least be prepared to serve customers in a reasonable amount of time. This was hands down one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your time, avoid this location late at night.

Tonight I returned to exchange my coffee and I'm pretty sure they gave the exact same one back to me. Decaf and dark roast don't taste like a large regular. Come on guys, do better.

A blonde woman that works there that was wearing a red jacket/sweater kept glaring at me and my husband weirdly. We felt uncomfortable and moved, then she moved with us and kept glaring at us again (she wasn't doing anything just standing there and yawning). All that while we were waiting for our food. We won't be coming back. The other employees were nice and the food was great.
