Usually they're awesome but the last few times they've got my order wrong. It was almost as if it was done on purpose. Tonight I returned to exchange my coffee and I'm pretty sure they gave the exact same one back to me. Decaf and dark roast don't taste like a large regular. Come on guys, do better.
Michael is an amazing manager, amazing customer service, and always makes sure everything is correct. And bill is also very amazing with customer service and is always willing to help. If there's a problem and is great at keeping things neat and tidy. This is my favorite McDonald's now.
The service makes up for the cliche fast food taste. The food is standard as per the chain. The atmosphere is to be expected of the food chain as well. Nothing spectacular stands out in a good way or a bad way. It's always clean whenever I go to order and they'll take motorcycles through the drive through when the dining area is closed. No complaints.
