Subs are starting yo get overpriced. the last two times I've gone, the guy working didn't smile once, he is not friendly, nomatter how friendly I try to be. I don't think people need to be bounding with excitement, but it always bums me out when people are flat. I say 'Thank you before leaving, and he doesn't acknowledge.' He sort of tosses the bag down like he's annoyed I even ordered anything.

If I’m paying $16 for a sandwich, I expect lettuce that hasn’t been sitting out all day that looks nasty. It happens all the time and it’s gross. I had to scrape all the lettuce off my sandwich.Dietary restrictions: So much cross contamination.

I bought a sub through the App. The App crashed as I placed my order but it still took my money so called to see if they still got my order and it went through the system. They confirmed they did receive my order but when I showed up they said they never received it. I showed them the money came out of my bank account but they refused to make me a sub or refund me my money. The worker called the manager and he said there was nothing he could do even when I showed him my account and the App. I DO NOT recommend purchasing through the app or buying from this Subway location because they don't care about customers. I used to come here all the time before this experience but I won't be back now.

Went in at 9:45pm while the employee was making a sub for another customer and was told that they are closed “because it takes a long time to close”. Everything was still out and available to make a sub as he was currently making one. If the place is open until 10pm you should be able to get a sub until 10pm. Whatever time it takes you to close has nothing to do with me. If I could give it a zero I would.
