Extremely disappointed every single time I’m here. I genuinely don’t understand how there is no quality control. Staff need to be making food and drinks as if they were the ones eating it. If I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I expect there to be a noticeable amount. No one wants to bite into a bagel with cream cheese and find it’s just bread. Not even toasted may I add! You guys seriously need to retrain all your staff. Close for a damn day and figure out what it means to work at a tim hortons!

What the heck happened to Tim Horton’s in Sackville? I’ve been going there for 4 years; every time I’m in town for a football game.
The place is filthy, bathrooms are worse. Service is excruciatingly slow and for the love of Pete! Is it too much to ask for something that is on the menu (cold brew).
Local staff have been replaced with Indian TFWs with the exception of two seniors (as in over 60) gals who try desperately to pick up the slack.
Similar experiences with other Tim Hortons. There are as never a problem with the original staff so not sure why they were replaced. Timmy’s is definitely not following the 10% rule.
Wouldn’t be so irritated if they’d actually do their job

Improved service! Saw new faces and hard working employees treating and greeting so kindly. I enjoy my hot coffee each time I swing by. I think someone a handsome guy is running this store better than before now

My fiancé stopped in to get me an ice cap and I received an ice cap that was not even full. For the price that we have to pay for our drinks now, the least the employees could do is to give us the proper amount in the cup!!
