Espresso machine not working. Surprise surprise. It’s like the new “broken ice cream machine” at McDonalds. We all know night shift hasn’t been cleaning it 😆

The food tastes fine, it's getting what you ordered that becomes the challenge.
I personally won't return where 4x in 7-8 days my order has been wrong where I've paid for things I didn't get.
The staff can be kind, but often sound like they don't want to be there and barely listen since you have to repeat yourself often.
Once in a while I get someone who sounds like they actually aren't miserable at work.
Not sure how many times I say TWO of something, and it's not heard.
It's a shame - I don't like going through a drive thru feeling like I'm a burden instead of a customer.
Inside is better, but maybe that's because you can see them working? Not sure - not going to make an actual assumption on why the difference.

Very slow, only one person at cash, 17 minutes to get two coffee. On highway driving and went to take a drink and lid was not secure, coffee everywhere! Thanks a bunch ;)
Lukewarm beverages. Washroom out of toilet paper , Not cleaned for most of the day I'd say. One toilet full, one out of paper. No paper towel in washroom or air dryer for hands.

Been there today. Ordered an icecap and a sandwich the cashier make my icecap. Then i wait for my sandwich the employee who were supposed to make my sandwich were serving at the drive thrue. Make a customer pay touch some money and touch the débit machine. Then come do my sandwich without washing his hands. He grab his glove with his durty hands then then grab my food. I asked for s refound and walked out.
Note for the employees: puting gloves without washing your hands isnt hygiénique. If in 5 minutes in you place i can see bug red hazard like that i dont imagine how bad hygiénique éthique you must have.

Place is a joke. Everytime you order here it’s a 20 minute wait no matter what. Coffee or hot food. This time I went inside for 2 coffees , ended up waiting in line for over 20 minutes. It’s probably faster to go to the amherst Tim Hortons than wait at the sackville one.

Has to be the slowest Tim's in NB. Lots of staff behind the counter, but not very organized.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to have my order taken.
Many people just walked out. A worker walked around doing nothing, didn't take any orders for over 15 minutes while it was packed inside. When someone else spoke up and asked why she wasnt taking orders, she in turn was extremely rude and condescending. I would fire her. They lost business because of her. Enter at own risk. Will not be back in the future.

Weighted over 20 minutes for one breakfast sandwich because it took 18 minutes to have somebody take our order while one of the workers who should have been taking orders was walking around doing absolutely nothing while there is a lineup and at least eight people walked out instead of spending money at this establishment all because of the lady at the counter who wouldn't take anybody's order and who was also absolutely ridiculously rude to the customers around her and her workers. Would not recommend going to this establishment until that worker is fired.

I was driving from Calgary to Halifax on a road trip a stop at Tim Hortons sackville there is a supervisor over there working her name is rajini. She was so rude to me. I never expect this kind of guest experience system Tim hortons I wish management should take action against her or tell her to improve her skills how to talk to a customer in a restaurant.
The doors to the bathrooms and the entryway needs some serious attention. It seemed the bathrooms were cleaned and these doors and handles are forgotten.
WOW! What a great experience from the start to the end. We were greeted with kindness and open arms. Every request was met!!! I am ECSTATIC with the service and the quality of the food. My coffee tastes BETTER than the 7$ iced lattes I get from cafes. Overall STOP HERE FOR COFFEE!!! THEY DO IT RIGHT!! BEST TIMS EVER :)

Dissapointment is all I can say. The slow service and attitude like the customer is bothering the employee is really starting to take a toll. I will say that the older ladies who work here are AMAZING and super sweet, they serve you with a smile and you leave In a better mood then when you arrived! But the younger generation all have attitudes, when this is their job that they chose to work at. It's mind boggling and today I had to leave a review, I waited in line for 20 mins in the drive thru. Had a rude girl over the intercome taking my order, when I got my BLT there was grease all over the wrapper which then got all over myself. Not to mention there was 1 strip of bacon, wilted lettuce, a mushy tomatoe and a cucumber!!! When I got to the window there was no sense of urgency in getting the people their order, and no apology for the long wait, I felt like by pulling up to the window I interrupted the 2 young employees conversation. There is no greeting from them or politeness, this is the food service which still needs to have some common courtesy given to the customers. Better training for new employees is a must at this location, or better babysitting of its younger employees..
