Excellent coffee. It always makes my day.I'm sorry to say some of your holiday decorations looked a little sad. (Small strips of garland taped and dangling on walls.) I hope your holiday budget for decorations is a bit bigger next year. The jolliness of your staff far exceeded the decorations.

The service at this Timmies is so slow. I left while waiting in line the last time I was there. The second cash is never open, even when there's a long lineup inside. Get your coffee at McD's across the street

Horrible experience at the Tim’s, I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review till now. Let me explain both bad experiences.1- I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, we had to separate orders, mine was a plain black coffee. Finally got there and tried to use my « Free Coffee » on the rewards app, that’s why we were there in the first place. Didn’t work, I showed them, they didn’t care. They weren’t happy. I ended up with no coffee and frustrated.2- 15$ order, three drinks and three donuts. We were at the window for 4minutes! And there were 12 cars behind us. They don’t care about speed. I tried the free coffee again just to see, still didn’t work but that’s fine. This time I had a gift card. They told me that they just updated the screens so gift cards don’t work. What?! So we waited over 30 minutes in line, and again left without our order.Maybe I’m just unlucky, normally I have no problems at Tim’s, only with this one. It’s just a shame that this is the only location in the area.

This is by far the slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been to in my 32 years. Everytime I have come here it's a minimum wait of 10 mins. I've actually started going to McDonald's across the street.

If your looking to be treated poorly and ignored go here. Do not, l mean do not use the washrooms! Tim Hortons is responsible for them and OMG. The mirrors have a film on them, dirty counters, toilets full of poo and vomit just left there to fester. Got a Tim's employee and brought them in the to show them how disgusting it was. They just put an out of order sign on the stall and walked out. I just ate there and now want to puke. If you can't clean a washroom what else are you not cleaning. Does your food prep area look like this too? Attention health board: you need to inspect here. Right away. I even threw out the rest of food and walked out.....0 stars. 0 not 1. Disgusting. What a dump.

I tried to take my grandfather for a hot chocolate because he can't drink coffee and they did not have any. It's one of their core things, that's like a tim hortons without coffee.The prices at Tim's are already out of control lately, but combine that with an incomplete menu and the experience at this Tim's is even worse.Expensive coffee is normal now, but even their little hashbrowns are 2.30 with tax for 2 bites, if you have time, your much better getting breakfast at a real sit down place.

Currently in the drive-thru at 1:10 pm on a Friday.It took nearly 15 minutes to get to the order box and I've been sitting for another 10 just waiting to get to the damn window. There's 7 cars behind me, 2 in front, and the one AT the window still hasn't been served everything.How can this place still be so slow AND still not be shut down?

I have been coming here for the past month twice a day and I am sorry but quite horrible service. Im switching to McDonald from now on.The wait time in the drivethru is unreal, sometimes up to 20 minutes for 5 cars ahead. Coffee is almost never right and the worst is the clerks, very unfriendly voice on the speaker, doesnt let you talk, sounds angry, actually quite irritating and this is 9 times out of 10. There are a couple really nice ladies at the window, thank goodness. I was hoping this would change because I love my Timmies, but its getting worst!

I come to this Tim Hortons for lunch for school and each time i see students waiting for their food during their entire lunch break and even sometimes after, even while nobody is in the drive thru. they have horrible customer service here, and even miscook their food. I came here today to order a peach drink and ended up with a fruit fly in my drink.My sister and I were ordering food one day but I was ordering something different and we made a mistake. Another worker walked past the cashier and said “i get you sister” and the cashier, without even trying to whisper said “kids” with a rude tone. another time I ordered a plain farmers wrap and ended up with burnt bread after waiting 15 minutes for my order. i went to return it and waited 10 minutes to get my new wrap.their service here is absolutely horrible and slow. -0/10

Hugely disorganized. Order taker was more interested in chatting up a couple of girls, and this was during a lunch rush. Ignored by rest of staff. One cash was closed, although people were lined up at it, nobody paying attention. One person came up to the cash printed something out and left without a word. Won't stop there again.
