The staff at the Tim Hortons in Saint-Antoine are friendly. However, the French Vanilla consistently tastes watered down every time I order it. It would be great if this could be looked into, as it’s usually much richer at other locations.

Very disappointed that this location chose to let go 2 of their Canadian employees, whom had been there for years, only to hire new immigrants in their place. Shame on the owner!! I will never step foot in their again, and I will tell everybody I know.

Every time I go to this Tim's they seem to always get my order wrong or serve poor quality food. I have had missing mayo, missing cheese, burnt food on a repeated basis along with bad wilted lettuce and the list goes on. I believe in 2 years they have only gotten my order correct 3 times. And when you try to bring it back they give you attitude and look at you like you have 3 heads. My husband still goes for his tea every now and then, but I refuse to support them as of today. Today I got a hot chocolate and requested 1 cream in it and to no fail, they forgot the cream. Sadly, I'm on the road and can't bring it back or I would just based on principal. I hate paying for items and not receiving it to the proper standards. One offs happen but NOT everytime!! Do better Tim's!!! Oh, and the lady working the window is not friendly at all and gives the impression she hates her job and you're bothering her by being there! It just sucks because they are the only fast breakfast please near us.
