Bossé MiniMart

This used to be really great pizza but unfortunately they sold the business and the new owner has mad some unfortunate changes. The dough is no longer bubbly and light, instead you get a sour tasting bread dough that does not have those nice big bubbles inside. The veg toppings are cut too thin and the cheese is that mozzarella that never really melts. We ordered a large all dressed and a small pepperoni, the pepperoni pizza was cooked a bit more and darker but still very underdone and the large all dressed was very underdone and pale. I called to let them know they needed to check the temperature they were baking at so hopefully they’ll listen.

Love this place The food is perfect and the service is excellent. When do you want a good poutine or pizza??!!

We went to eat a good hot dog poutine and double cheeseburger!!! Wowww!!! It was delicious bc of cheese on the poutine and the cheese was juicy, well cooked and very satisfied!!!! Go and try it, you will be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We just visited Bossé Mini Mart in St-Jacques and wow, what a discovery! Their pizza is the best I've had in years. The dough is just right, the sauce is full of flavor, and the toppings are fresh and generous.

And wait until you try their homemade fries and onion rings with a honey dip! Crispy, golden, just perfect. It's been a long time since I've had such good fries and onion rings.

The service is super friendly, you feel really welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. The atmosphere is also super relaxed and friendly, it's a place where you want to spend a lot of time to really appreciate it fully.

Honestly, if you are in the St-Jacques area, you absolutely have to go to Bossé Mini Mart. You will love it, guaranteed!

After tasting the pizza there. It's now my go to. The only ick I have is it's extremely busy but that's what you get when the food is amazing and the people are nice.
