If you're willing to slow your pace down and enjoy a wonderful meal & experience this is the place. I always prefer a menu not offering too many things, instead giving you daily specialties, with some options for all.
And very attentive to Celiacs or gluten-free, quite obvious from the start with clear indication on the menu.
Service was A+ thanks Kim!
We will definitely be stopping here again on our way through.

My husband and I had very good steak meals, but I unfortunately could not give this restaurant a 5-star.

I felt our server Marjorie was rushed. I was talking to our server and felt she was concerned about getting her wi-fi ready on her tablet to place our order. I stopped my story and just ordered. In addition, yes, the restaurant was at full capacity but someone who is not from New Brunswick, just visiting, and maybe I am old school, but when you order a bottle of wine at a fine dining restaurant you would have the expectation that your server who passed our table three times would notice our glasses were empty and would refill our glasses. When our meals came out Kim and Fiasal immediately noticed and touched up our wine glasses and also gave us some attention to us.

Again, the steak meals and wine were very good, and Kim and Faisal provided great service, but something the restaurant should take notice is that the online and the menu in-house were slightly different in price or we were charged unfortunately incorrectly.

Overall, we would eat at this restaurant again as the meals were very good.

Arrived 30 min before closing and was welcomed in their wonderful dining room.. Top class cuisine! From their chef's special appetizer....to their most tender and tastiest filet mignon I have ever had! Thank you Chantal's for raising the bar to this phenomenal cuisine !!! I wish I could have given a 5 star but the table service was a little lacking for such a fine dining establishment. Might have been an off day which happens. The Chef came to our table and asked if the meals were to our satisfaction which says a lot about the type of restaurant it is. I was a Chef for over 30 years and this is the quality of food I expect when I go out for dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

On our way home from Florida, we stopped in at this quaint restaurant to enjoy a meal with family . From the greeting to the final bite, an exceptional experience.

We’ve eaten in some great restaurants over the years. Chantal’s Steak House takes pride of place amongst our greatest culinary experiences which include a few of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants. From presentation , taste, atmosphere and cost, this restaurant is a delightful surprise and experience. The owner is very hands on and makes sure everyone enjoys their meal. One of our guests had very strict dietary needs; they were not even phased by this and made sure her meal met her requirements , even so far as to the owner coming out and discussing how this particular guest’s meal request would be prepared.. Our waitress, Kimberley, made this experience top notch and ensured everything went smoothly.

Chantal’s Steak House is a not miss experience if you’re in the Edmundston area. Better yet, plan a vacation around this restaurant and the uniqueness of this lovely Canadian border city.

Perfect food and Service !

Definitely one of the nicest restaurants in the area! Love how the chef comes around to check and make sure your food is just right and she's very accomadating! Our waitress was also amazing! Must try if you've never been. Very nice experience 👌
