Nous avons finalement retrouvé une pizza qui s’approche de beaucoup du goût de la pizza locale des années passées. Cette pizza est complètement différente de tout autre pizza disponible dans les chaîne pizza. Pizza de la République au goût de la République.

Very good chicken and super pizza! The cons is that the lady that owns the place is very talkative and won’t let you eat at peace.

We arrived around 7 pm, and they were closing at 8. They greeted us with smiles. We ordered their pizza all dressed, and it was awesome. Thank you very much. We will be back, someday. Pam, Mike, Mary, and Dan from Ontario.

We tried out Jos’ee pizza at the suggestion of our motel proprietor on our way through to Nova Scotia. Great pizza! Amazing sauce, fixin’s and a nice thin crust. What struck me the most was the owner who was the friendliest and lovely woman I’ve had the pleasure of talking with in some time. Very down to earth and happy to talk about this little town and how people help one another. It’s a big contrast to the way folks interact out west.Thank you for the great pizza and conversation! We will stop in when the missus and I come through next time! :)

Located out of the way of tourists, this little place has been open and operated for about 50 years. It is the oldest restaurant in Edmundston. It's about a 10 minute drive from most of the hotels in Edmundston but is on a main road, so it's easy to find. There's not much to the dining area, just a few family sized tables so don't expect to eat in unless you want to be intimate with the kitchen which is just a few steps away. The pizza is pretty average. A dense type of crust with a very bland pizza sauce. However there are other options on the menu (mostly chicken.)The fried chicken tasted like old oil but was pretty juicy. The star on the menu is the chicken burger. It was surprisingly good. The sauce made it.I've tried all I can off their menu and I don't think I'll return in the near future. There are better restaurants to support in Edmundston.
