Stopped by just 5 minutes before closing after a 6-hour drive, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming! They greeted me warmly, offered what is available at that time without hesitation, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and friendly. Great service even at the end of a long day!

This shop is the oldest Timmies location in Edmundston and it shows. The building needs an upgrade. Don't expect to get through the 'Drive Thru' with a big vehicle. The lane is very narrow. The dining area is spacious and usually pretty clean. The bathrooms are pretty clean, as well. However, everything needs to be updated. It just feels a bit run down. This location is busiest during the day but not so much in the evening on account of closing early (7pm). The service has always been pretty fast and polite, though. The food? I wont touch it. It's way overpriced for the quantity and quality you get. You already know how the coffee is. It's the worst in the industry. This location is far out of my way so I don't visit it often. Like all Timmies locations, I can't give this place more than 2 stars.

Had to go back and get my wife's 12.55$ in change back from a 20 urly morning threw the drive threw , after getting very frustrated and pointing him out in the crowed , his friend told him in some language to I assume give me the money back. ,the guy behind the counter from drive threw pulled a ten out of his pocket and gave it back. Unreal. Couldn't believe it.

Good service, be very careful in the drive-thru it is very narrow for trucks it was my first experience at this tim. Unfortunately I damaged my front bumper. There is a poster but that is not enough because it is white and the signs are black and not the right place in my opinion. An orange poster at the time of the turn and some rubber bumper attached to the concrete wall would do the job of protecting customer cars.

Visiting the in-laws, this was the closest Tim Horton's.Great service, food and drinks!Employees are nice and service was very good. Hours are limited though, good staff must be hard to find to accommodate longer hours.Overall, a great place to get your morning Timmie's!Très bon service en français et anglais.
