I got a teen burger. It costs near as makes no difference $9. Nothing with it. Which means for the price of a burger and drink. I can get a striploin steak of decent size over at on the vine. Its getting very hard to justify fast food when it isn't much faster than a typical sit down restaurant. And sure isn't better. The employees are great. And my dog loves to have a buddy burger on the off chance we go.

First of all we ordered out full breakfast , my tea was made with coffee not water but not once but twice I had to take it back. Then due to lack of washing flatware they gave us wooden knives and forks , that was unexceptionable so I asked if we could have flatware . They brought us breakfast it was cold I was so disappointed and disgusted that we ate what we could . I went to use the assist was filthy and not good customer service .

Found a piece of bone or tooth in my daughter’s burger and the staff were extremely unapologetic. They didn’t even offer to make her a new meal! It was a horrifying experience. The manager on duty eventually presented us with the batch # for the beef in case we wanted to escalate the matter, otherwise no one seemed concerned in the least.

I love a good Teen Burger but this one is a disgusting mess. No bacon, no pickles. I requested extra onions and mustard. A little excessive on the onions. One of my favorite fast food restaurants and unfortunately this was not a good experience!

The restaurant is discussing dirty chairs have broken legs the wall is smashed in. The bathroom toilet seat isn’t even attached. The food was disgusting. Dry cold burger French fries not cooked and cold. The plastic cups leak. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any A&W.Never again.You Should be ashamed of yourself for letting your business be so disgusting.Sincerely grossed out!!!!S Howard
