Order 3 burgers it was around 11:30–11:40 at night, came out all 3 burgers had less/no sauce. Went back to drive thru and complained where the staff mention we can give you a side cup of sauce (what am I going to dip burger in sauce and then eat), was asked to pull up to window where I was asked to give burgers back which I gave and then I asked for refund- I was given 2.5$ less than my bill and then I showed my payment that I paid x amount I was being told that they didn’t charged me for extra onions (regardless they’ve never charged me for extra onions) and after that when I asked for the difference in change associate mentioned don’t be rude and I said I’m not I’m just asking my money back and then was given rest of the change. Also during this process

I got a teen burger. It costs near as makes no difference $9. Nothing with it. Which means for the price of a burger and drink. I can get a striploin steak of decent size over at on the vine. Its getting very hard to justify fast food when it isn't much faster than a typical sit down restaurant. And sure isn't better. The employees are great. And my dog loves to have a buddy burger on the off chance we go.
