2 stars because the people working drive thru and cash were nice. But getting everything on my burger after ordering just ketchup and needing to drive back just to wait 15 minutes for the right burger is a bit absurd.

Order 3 burgers it was around 11:30–11:40 at night, came out all 3 burgers had less/no sauce. Went back to drive thru and complained where the staff mention we can give you a side cup of sauce (what am I going to dip burger in sauce and then eat), was asked to pull up to window where I was asked to give burgers back which I gave and then I asked for refund- I was given 2.5$ less than my bill and then I showed my payment that I paid x amount I was being told that they didn’t charged me for extra onions (regardless they’ve never charged me for extra onions) and after that when I asked for the difference in change associate mentioned don’t be rude and I said I’m not I’m just asking my money back and then was given rest of the change. Also during this process
Piri piri buddy burgers and the Chubby chicken burgers are delicious!

Love A&W Frosted mugs are super cool and saves you from watered down drinks using ice Food is delicious and fresh Staff are friendly and attentive bringing food to our table. 100% would go here
