If I order through skip the dishes, does that not make me an A&W customer? I was certainly told that while made to pull out of the drive thru as it is for the customers only. In the pouring rain, i was made to come in and pick it up. While it was ready to be handed over on the table.

Got drive thru for the family for Friday supper and A&W is really overpriced compared to other fast food options but they are close to work and home so it made sense to go there for a quick supper before heading out for the evening. My real complaint is when I ordered the whistle dog (who doesn't like a whistle dog?) and asked for no relish, that was fine. I asked if they could put ketchup on it and she was like no. I asked why the couldn't put it on the hot dog. She said we don't do that. Not the first time I have been told no at this same restaurant. She did not seem too friendly when I got to the window, not even a hello or greeting other than tell me my total and shove the debit machine through the window before I could even get my wallet out. She disappeared and I never saw her again while someone else was yelling at another worker and then handed me my food. This does sound petty but if you can put relish on it, why not ketchup? Just a simple request and will know better next time for supper to spend my money elsewhere across or down the street.

I placed an order for a small frozen root beer, this is what they gave me. i would understand if there was a little bit missing but for the price of it there should’ve been a full cup. the lady who rung my order in was not nice and basically slammed the window in my face when i ask. very disappointing

Regularly leave out extras that were ordered on the side. This morning I order the great Canadian breakfast, and 2 extra hash browns. Waited 23 minutes for my food as they gave my very specific order I was given white toast instead of whole wheat, eggs were over easy not scrambled, and I did not get the 2 extra hash browns I paid for. I was late getting back to work because of the wait so I didn't check the bag before leaving. I'm tired of paying 20 dollars for a plate of food to have half missing and the other half not the way I ordered. I highly recommend going to a different location
