Food was good and atmosphere would have been, but another customer came inside from a downpour. Because of no rug for customers to dry their feet, she slip and fell hard injuring her elbow. She appeared to be in her 50s or maybe 60s. Customers rushed to help but staff was slow to react and mostly seemed disinterested. Shortly after a staff member mopped and put out a wet floor caution sign. By the time I left a floor mat had finally been put out. No manager or staff member approached...

Staff was friendly and inviting. Restaurant was extremely clean.
However. Fries were not salted. Mozzarella burger tasted bland with barely any sauce and buns were soggy and not toasted.

I live in Maine. I make it to this restaurant every few months. I love the food here. It always tastes amazing. Sometimes the staff doesn't understand English well. The store is always clean.
