I love this kinda place....the smell of of great food as soon as you walk in. I've tried almost everything on the menu....the cheese burgers and fries are my favorite. I cant say enough about this place without forgetting anything . Best of all...Bob and his crew are the best people to deal with. Im actually getting hungry just talking about them. Time for another visit maybe .

I have been going to bobs since I was a kid with my dad. He passed away in 2007 and every time I go to Saint John I stop by for the whole clams. I love them.

The cook was not very friendly. The fries were undercooked and cold. The fish were small little pieces of frozen fish and on the website they said they’re famous for fried clams we get there. They had no fried clams. I don’t understand why they put on their website temporary out of fried clams we waste the trip for a $12 fish and chip and it was a large and we had three little pieces of fish. I give it a two for rating.
Bobs corner takeout is an institution on the Westside of Saint John. Famous for their fried clams they have great selection of food and ypu can't beat the prices. Dine in for an interesting indoor picnic table experience or takeout and enjoy at home. I personally get the cheeseburgers and love them.

Fantastic gem of a diner frozen in time and not in a pejorative way. The owner and his sons were working to the last minute and thoroughly like soldiers. The place is just so cool looking and there's a TMNT arcade machine to top it off. The food was great and the portions generous for the price in our economy. I hope they'll persist and thrive as it's important to keep our history alive. I'll go again when I visit Saint-John.
