Got to watch the men’s team Canada hockey game at 9am, and this location rocked. For being a super early morning the staff was energized and ready to welcome us. They provided breakfast for customer to eat free of charge. It’s moments like this that shows this team is all about the experience and they delivered. Thank you everyone for an amazing time.

Me and a friend went to Boston Pizza in Saint John NB for some wings. We entered and was greeted and we asked for a spot in the bar, just 2 of us, nobody waiting to get in and we were told there would be a 20 minute wait, I looked in at the bar section and from the door could see 3 empty tables, plus room at the bar itself. I could not believe what I was being told, there were no reservation signs on the tables that I could see, I was very disappointed in what happened and when we left, looking inside the bar section you could see empty tables. This is the 2nd time this has happened in this location.I am very disappointed with the Boston Pizza and I don't think I will ever set foot in the on in Saint John NB again

We had a great experience at Boston Pizza. The restaurant was clean & the staff were really friendly. Our food came out quickly & the manager even stopped by the table to see how it was. Will definitely be back.

Although standard chain atmosphere the young lady serving kicked it, glass going empty then filled immediately, fantastic service and the food although average is good and well priced for families in this hard time.

Food was amazing and my server Kelcey M was absolutely incredible!! She was so sweet and kind. Plus I was looking for a good fruity drink with no mango and she sold me a raspberry daiquiri fish bowl and it was INCREDIBLE

My wife and I went to Boston Pizza in Saint John on Jan 3 and had a server that clearly did not want to be working. Very rude and seemed almost angry. Slamming plates on the table and not saying you’re welcome after being told thank you whenever she interacted with us. Wasn’t crazy busy in there but food still took over an hour. That’s not really a concern but when added to the poor service it’s worth mentioning. We heard another server say that they gave a pasta order to the wrong table which turned out to be mine so my wife’s meal sat in a warming tray or on the counter while they made my meal again. My wife’s meal was cold by the time we were served. We have been semi regulars there for a while and always enjoyed our time there however we are going to give this restaurant a break for a while.

Ate at this BP for the first time with my son’s entire hockey team on a Friday night. Sarah gave us excellent service and had the best personality and approach with such a large group. In and out in 2.5 hours, which is great for a group of ~40. Ordered fish tacos with extra spicy wing sauce on top, was exactly what I expected.
