Went through drive through with my friend and ordered a vanilla Oreo shake aswell as a chocolate Oreo shake had to repeat our order 3 times and the third time she said “just drive through” really annoyed sounding we got our shakes and theirs no Oreo. We go back in the drive through again repeat our order again 3 times and she says drive through, we get to the window and she said “now what did you want” we asked to get our shakes fixed but has to explain the issue multiple times because she couldn’t understand us eventually she responds “just give me it” very snarky. She was in manager attire.

The worker was very kind but got distracted easily by other employees. I paid money for pickles on my chicken burger, did not get pickles on my chicken burger and also got mayo I asked to be taken off. This happens every time I go here. Don’t get me wrong- Burger King is my favourite fast food place, but this location is not it.

Food was really good. We sat in the dining area . There was so many Flys flying around. I understand it's summer most places have them but when your swatting them away while your tying to eat that's bad. Cashier was very friendly.

Never had a bad burger at the King. Always hearty. Everything always going up in price, this is no exception, but at least it's always a substantial burger, and fresh.

This place is 10/10, food is always hot and fresh, prices are relatively reasonable, newly renovated and nice atmosphere for dine In. I don’t know why it’s not more busy, much better than the McShits down the road.

I came in late night. I talked to the microphone and no answers. I had to wake the employee's up. The food was cold and cooked hours before hand. The man working seemed annoyed that he had a late night customer. He was rude, ignorant and arrogant. The only pleasent thing I can say is that he gave me my gravy for free because he forgot to ring it in. If your hungry after a long shift. Buy a can of cat food and do yourself a favour.
9pm on a Thursday night. We were on our way through Saint John and wanted a quick bite. We were extremely impressed with the service and quality of the food here. We set our expectations low due to very bad experiences at other locations. But our burgers at this location were fresh and delicious. Great job west side Burger King!

Long wait for order doesn’t matter if its drive through or in store, not happened once but many time and of course at different time but almost ends-up waiting more than 12 minute to get my order and in store is even worst more than 15 min. It was 2 am in the morning and other day 3:58 am no car in front of me still took them 16 min and 11 sec to get me my order.
