Tried ordering 3 times on their app all 3 times declined then boyfriend went in it took them 3 times to get order and still messed it up waited over 30 mins then come to find out the app took all 3 payments out of my bank account ! This store is horrible in every single way

I went to grab the online order. I asked for a big tray to hold the drinks. One of the attendees said sorry we can’t give u another drink as you don’t have more than two drinks

I’m disappointed with the service at Burger King. When a mistake was made with my order, the staff took my information but never followed up or offered any form of service recovery. For the price of fast food today, customers should be able to expect accurate orders and good service. Everyone makes mistakes, but how those mistakes are handled matters. Ignoring them reflects poorly on management and leaves a bad impression of the overall operation.

what's a king to a god? a damn good burger apparently. we placed an eighty dollar order and in was ready in five minutes. insanity. not only did they put the fast in fast food, they put the crown on my head. burger king is, undeniably, an institution, and this establishment is a beaming example of it. LONG LIVE THE KING!
