Got the MATCHA LATTE and the GRILLED CHEESE and it was perfect for brunch food. First time being here, and I love the building. So many spaces to sit and look at.

I have been going to catapult for the entirety of my university education, since first year until my fourth year and I have never had a dull experience.

Catapult has become my third space, providing me with an environment where I can meet up with friends, catch up or study together. I have bumped into people I hadn’t seen in years and made some new life lasting friendships in catapult.

Every barista has always been super sweet and friendly, making chitchat with me when I’m sure they’re super busy !

I tend to rotate between a mochaccino, cappuccino and their seasonal coffee. Neither options ever disappoint to be honest, and they usually come with some very pretty art that I miserably try to recreate at home lol!

Catapult adds something for me to look forward in my never ending studies, whether it’s the curiosity of what will be in their seasonal menu or when they start using the fireplace in the back room! It’s always exciting when they stay open until 7pm around Christmas time as well. Most recently they added the cool option of patio seating in the summer!!

People that know me know that I love cafes, i could probably name you every single coffee shop we have in Saint John area and rate them. I tend to go to different ones depending on what business I have in what area of town but I will always go an extra mile for this special cafe 💗

I walked in with no clue as of where I was going. I must say I loved it. All of the rooms are so cute and gives you a calming feeling. One of the ladies were making conversation with me and she was just so pleasant. I plan on coming here again.

Catapult Coffee at Saint John Port was such a delightful surprise! I had planned to make the trek from the cruise ship to their main location, but they have a convenient little shipping container spot right at the port. The staff member working was incredibly friendly and welcoming — my husband and I spent quite a bit of time chatting with her, and she was so informative about the business, answering all our questions. The coffee was excellent; we enjoyed an iced latte and a cortado. A wonderful experience overall!

I rode my motorcycle to St. John and was looking for a one off coffee shop. I had a Kenyan coffee that was hot and excellent. The carrot cake was very good too. There are various rooms to have your coffee and snacks, including sandwiches that looked very good at around $15. There is also an outdoor patio that looked like it was a nice place to sit in nice weather.

The coffee was great, but I wouldn’t recommend the matcha latte - the quality was disappointing and it tasted earthy in an unpleasant way, even though I usually enjoy matcha. When I asked for a hot version, the server responded with noticeable attitude. I also didn’t hear when he handed me the receipt, and he rolled his eyes and slammed it on the table. Overall, not a positive experience.
