4 large blizzards were purchased on Sept 28 and none of them were full leaving 1/4 of the cup empty. This was a 34.00 order for ice cream alone. I called the store and they would not do anything about it. Emailed corporate and same result. Obviously they don't care. My brother and I are regular customers and will now be going to the other location in Saint John even though it's further away. Such a shame that the owners of this location prefer to lose good customers rather than make it right. Very disappointing. Make sure if you go to this location, check your order before you leave, or better yet, go to a different locationUpdate: see the response below, it does absolutely no good as I already went that route prior to leaving a bad review. I received a form letter with no option to reply. Nothing was offered to make us whole. Waste of time and energy

Not good service bad customer experience ? not recommended. Go to an actual dine-in DQ people and, especially managers are down to earth and, nicer. Learn some real customer service ethics and, etiquette. Clean your visual lense when dealing with a brown skinned customer.

Great spot for a Cool treat!This location is clean, well organized for the chaos an ice cream stand can attract and the dipped cones are always on point.Great job to the staff and manager/owner of this establishment.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my whole entire life… went to DQ with my kids to get ice cream . I like the hot fudge sundae with hole nuts but I like the hot fudge on the side because it melts the ice cream right away. They flat out refused to put it on the side… I offered to pay for another container to have it put on the side because I thought it was just a matter of inventory… which I totally get it. She STILL refused to put it on the side. Her reasoning behind this was she can’t measure it out properly, i’m completely mind blown because they put one pump on the ice cream, why can’t they put one pump in a different cup. So basically a whole fun experience to go get ice cream with my kids turned out to be a complete disaster. Also I called DQ on Rothesay Ave and they said that was totally fine and there was no such policy. Then I told her that Rothesay Avenue would put my hot fudge on the side, she said …well there are smaller store so they have different policy and told me if I want a hot fudge sundae I would have to drive all the way to Rothesay Avenue to get that.
