I ordered a cake for my daughter's Birthday, I picked it up, it was
$47.99 for almost all ice cream. There was hardly any middle to it. Also, they used chocolate syrup as the fudge. It was terrible, even my kids noticed it wasn't right. I wouldn't even give them one star. But have to in order to post the review. Super disappointed in what I picked up on Sunday.

I ordered a cake for my husband’s 40th birthday. They clearly messed up on the edible picture so they put another picture over top. Because they did this they doubled the frosting on top and added white frosting that didn’t even make sense to cover up their mistake. There was supposed to be gel dots around the edge and there wasn’t any. I asked for gel icing for the writing and it was printed in edible paper. I couldn’t leave it because his birthday supper was that night. I’m just very frustrated and disappointed.

Found a hair in my blizzard totally disappointed ?

$6 for an ice-cream that was already melted. Also the ladies that work there are always on there phone.

After shopping , I stopped to get a blizzard at 4:55pm on sunday as mall closes at 5pm, and they told me they only have Sundays and Cones . Come On, how long will it take to clean blizzard machine after one blizzard.

I bought an ice cream cake from this location Saturday & went to have the cake Monday today to find out that the whole cake was crystallized. I ended up throwing the whole cake in the trash losing my 35 dollars. I bought another one from a different location. I will not buy from this location again. Very disappointed ?

A bit pricey but the food was great and the waitress was awsome.

Im very upset about my last experiance at the DQ at the mall. unacceptable businness practice that clearly demonstrated they really could care less about customers. For my sons upcoming bithday I went to the store in person and ordered his birthday cake for his party. I ordered a large reece cake with a red race car. I was suppose to pick up the cake the 16th at 11am. I got there on the 16th at 1pm. when I got to the counter I was told they did not make the cake as they did not have a container to put it in.... WHAT..... Did they not know this yesterday. Could you have not called so I was not left last minute. also there was tons of cakes in the display. Make my cake and use one of those ones. Thank goodness the poor girl behind the countet did whatever she could to make one of the display cakes nice for my sons birthday. The managment who decided it was okay to just throw my order away did not care that the poor girl behind the counter was going to have to deal with an uphappy customer. Thank goodness Im not one of those people who could of yelled and screamed at the poor thing. You shoulf be thankful that this staff member corrected your bad business ptactices. I will never order a cake here again. I will go where I can have trust in the service. This was unacceptable.

I was in this location today & yesterday & they’re always very pleasant, really nice ppl that go out of there way for their customers

Just was told there closing. Its 7:45, I didn't realize it takes 15mins to make a banana split. Oh well I"ll go to Sobeys and buy my ice cream for half the price. Now I Know why this site has 2.9 rating. Pathetic, and lazy.

Went through the drive-thru and they would not honor the rewards program saying they do not have a scanner, but they have the stickers on the window right in front of them encouraging the use of the app. Did not flip any of the blizzards, all of which were melting from the point they were handed to us, then did not honor "upside down thick". We were missing a blizzard and they fought with us until they looked at the receipt, which we had to request.

Been trying for days to order a cake for my 6 year old daughter. Website is not working, and nobody is answering the phone at this location. Assuming they are open, went into the this store on the day of the birthday hoping they could help out without prior notice (no one answering the phone). Found out they were having some issues with their phone. These guys are awesome, they went above and beyond. Not only did they make a custom ice cream cake on little to no notice, they did an incredible job, beyond what I would have expected if I was able to pre order the day before online, they did it with a smile, and gave me a discount for my trouble. These guys are great. Excellent customer service, real pleasant down to earth good people, highly recommend this store.
